IMPORTANT! CORONA-VIRUS NOTE: While we are following the recommended guidelines for cleaning vacation rentals and due to the ongoing health recommendations, we offer you the option of bringing your own bedding or any cleaning materials you desire. Should anyone in your party be ill with flu-like symptoms, fever or coughing prior to your stay, we request you stay home and consult with your health care provider. We want you to be comfortable and safe in our home. Also, we must allow 24-48 hours between guests for the saftety of our housekeeper and "airing out the house". GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN ONE MONTH: Guests staying 28 days or more are required to have an additional cleaning during their stay. The fee is $200 for each additional cleaning and will be charged separately from the rental charges.
