Enjoy total privacy in a fully fenced backyard designed for fun and relaxation. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale beach and FLL airport, it's the ultimate getaway. Free private parking included.
Indulge in the blissful feeling of a private resort in our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, complete with an unforgettable backyard designed for making memories.

Living & Dining:
Fresh and cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV for streaming.
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee machine.
Dining table that seats six.
Starter supply of coffee, paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge is provided.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, and direct pool access.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (twin over full), 50-inch Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Full-size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and access to the shared bathroom.
All bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels.

Your backyard is a completely private, fully fenced world away from everything.
Luxurious Pool & Hot Tub: Dive into the private saltwater LED pool or unwind in the hot tub with powerful spa jets.
Alfresco Dining: Fire up the gas-fueled BBQ grill, grab a drink from the poolside mini-bar, and enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table.
Evening Ambiance: Gather around the wood-burning fire pit for cozy conversations under the stars.
Endless Fun: Enjoy a friendly game with the in-pool basketball hoop or rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower.

Accessibility: The entire house is on a single ground level with no stairs, making it easily accessible for all guests.
Pool & Hot Tub: The hot tub is included with your stay and takes approximately one hour to heat up. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day.
Maintenance: To keep the oasis pristine, the pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays between 10 am and 12 pm. The yard is serviced on Thursdays or Fridays. Our maintenance crews will use the side door to avoid disturbing you. Please note that some leaves or debris may naturally accumulate between services.
Discounts: We offer an automatic 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more and a 20% discount for monthly stays.

Our family had a fantastic vacation despite the shortcomings of the property. The backyard is the reason for renting this place! Unfortunately, routine maintenance of the yard is neglected, outdoor lighting is in disrepair, and pool cleaning did not happen. The heating sensor for the pool and spa had an error message and the property manager did not have a sufficient response to work on fixing it. The heated pool became oppressively hot at times. Other notes- The cleanliness could have been higher. Closet doors were not properly installed and one fell off. Outlets in the kitchen did not function and the outlet by the sink was not a GFCI, so it was not safe. For 7 people we were only given 7 bath towels for our week stay. With a little TLC this rental property could be a showstopper. The location is fabulous, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here to be near family who lives in sunrise. We had a fun family pool and bbq day that everyone enjoyed. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Kitchen worked out well, too. Miriam was very accomodating through the whole process.

Great backyard!

We came to Sunrise for a hockey game and stayed a few days over Thanksgiving. The best thing about this house is the amazing backyard! Beautiful pool and hot tub, gas grill, outdoor speakers and places to lounge around to read your book and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. The hostess was wonderful with communication. Easy check in and check out and nice neighborhood location. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!
