This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need to feel pampered and at home at the same time! It is part of a gated condominium community that also has lots of perks!!

This condo unit has many bright, updated points. Brand new living room luxury plank flooring. Granite kitchen and bathroom countertops sparkle along with tile floors. Soft and comfy bedding will allow you to sleep soundly along with allergy mattress and pillow covers. Two queen beds and a king bed will comfortably sleep 6 adults. The master bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV. All bedrooms have full closets with hangers and drawers available for you. New doors and paint are present throughout the condo.

Multiple extra and full size appliances are present in the condo. Full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, toaster, and other kitchen accessories are available for your use. Living room has a brand new 55" flat screen TV with blue-ray player. Smart TV and WiFi are present in the condo for renters. An air purifier, humidifier, and 2 fans are present in the closet if needed. 2 hair dryers are located in the bathrooms. An iron is in the master closet. Please use these accessories at your leisure.

There is also, an outside patio that overlooks the courtyard that is perfect for morning coffee. It has a high top table and 2 comfortable swivel chairs! The condo is located on the first floor and is easy to access, along with a personal door code for each renter.

Once it warms up, you will have your choice of pools, hot tubs, and water activities. From April-October the pools, hot tubs, are able to be used. You can easily take a stroll to the beautiful Desert Shores lakes. Picnic tables and charcoal grills are in the community for your use, also.

We are just minutes away from hundreds of activities! Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State park, Summerlin shopping, Suncoast and Rampart Casino, multiple amazing golf courses parks, coffee shops, great restaurants,... you name it we got it within a short drive. You can get to Downtown Las Vegas in about 15 minutes, and to the strip in about 20 depending on traffic. McCarren international airport is about 25 minutes away. Don't forget about trips that are a little further away, but yet worth it...Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Laughlin Nevada, Zion National Park, Death Vallley and Valley of Fire.

Amanda was so responsive when we had questions. We normally eat in, so it was nice that the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Great value, comfortable condo in a quiet part of town

The property is as described. It's part of what look like 1000s of similar complexes all over town. This one has the usual amenities, nice decor, and a very responsive, gracious owner, making everything very easy. It's in a quiet part of town, reasonably convenient both to downtown and the Red Rock Conservation Area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Needs some TLC

We had to clean as much as we could when we moved in as the condo was dirty (floors, appliances, etc.). The washer and dryer are on their last leg and need some attention. No local broadcast television.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your 1st VRBO experience. The condo floor had been vacuumed, swept and mopped the day you arrived. Vegas is a desert, so it is very dusty! So after opening and closing the doors all day long with bringing in your suitcases and groceries, I'm not surprised there was some dirt on the floor. You called about a not working toliet, so I had the plumber come. He said it was working fine, but changed the flapper anyways. You emailed about a not working internet, so we called you back right away and it was in the middle of rebooting. You complained about no local news, so we researched a way to watch the local news and sent you the instructions, as we couldn't do it remotely. The fridge and dishwasher are brand new! The washing machine can be loud, if not balancing the load when added, but it works as it should.

Good place with a dog

Amanda is a great host and very quick and well communicator. Good neighbor easy to get around super friendly property Mgr. David. They have almost everything you could need while you stay. If you want to shoes off in the unit need to clean before your stay otherwise clean enough to shoes on. Sofas are wear and tear but still works ok. Bed are very soft so you are lucky if you prefer soft mattress. Detergent soaps garbage bags are plenty Toilet paper napkins are need buy more if you stay longer. Towels are super thick and soft like hotel quality and I loved it Never delivered Amazon to the unit because people steal it from your doors...ha..... Your covered garage neighbor is not friendly so be aware to park...nicely neatly. With dog .....lovely.. nobody complained even he barked and dog friendly environment. People loved your dog and friendly nice. Shops are everywhere very close open long hours so you will easy find place to do and eat Lake is walkable distance Quite safe to live but no delivery to your door. Can't take shower same time because one of them will have cold water only. In general this unit was practical clean and nice

Thank you for staying. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee packages and control other people. The new guest did find a package addressed to you, but had the wrong address. That might of delayed the delivery.

Exactly what we needed!

Great location with restaurants, shopping, banking, 24 hr. pharmacy, all super close. Amanda is fantastic and super responsive to questions and making sure everything you need for a comfortable stay is there and available. So grateful to have a place for the whole family… including our fur babies!

Convenient to just about everything

Great long term rental solution. Close to just about anything that you could need. Most of the living space is in the bedrooms. Ample outdoor space to walk our dogs with pet waste stations and bags. The only downside was parking. We have 2 very young children, and not having a reserved covered parking spot made for some challenging walks to the car. Parking was also an issue for check in / getting groceries.

The owner was so nice, any questions she was right back to me instantly. The owner went out of her way to make sure the stay was better then the Bellagio ! Big thumbs up would suggest if it’s available to right here.

Great location and condo

My husband and I moved to Las Vegas, but needed a temporary place to stay until we found a permanent home. Amanda’s condo was perfect! It was in a nice location and close to many different restaurants and stores. Her condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed staying here and will recommend to anyone staying in Las Vegas for an extended period of time.

Long stay in Vegas

This is a clean cozy condo in a very peaceful community. The residents all known each other and are very friendly. Super close to stores and restaurants, you can even walk to Buca di Peppo! Amanda was very quick with responses through text and email. We stayed for almost a month and felt very home the whole time. Thank you Amanda!

Well laid out, very thoughtfull and considerate use of the space.

We never had 1 question or missed any necessity. Very helpful information was provided right up front, and terrific communication from owner. We stayed for a long duration and felt so at home 30 days later that we didn't want to leave! Lovely scenery, short drive to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great neighbors and parking. Great kitchen in which to prepare meals, perfect space for a family with basic needs. I will be recommending this condo to anyone I know that has any reason to spend time here in a temporary residence. Thank you for your wonderful accommodations and quick responses! Comfortable for a long stay in Las Vegas

Awesome interaction with property owner. Super friendly and patient while getting my stay organized. The accommodation itself is perfectly located for easy access to Northwest LV and back to downtown and the strip. Nice kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and living space. Very convenient and in the newer part of Vegas (Summerlin)

Owners were excellent to work with and very responsive. House was well stocked and clean. Felt very secure and shopping was very close. Excellent for long-term stays.

Comfortable & Affordable

Condo was very comfortable for our needs. Tv in master-bedroom was important to me, bed in master-bedroom was extremely comfortable. Location was ideal, close to shopping & restaurants. Amanda was a great host & was very prompt in correcting any problem. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Apartment!

It's a well equipped condo in a good neighborhood. I felt really secure in the complex and there is always a parking place nearby. Very comfort beds and fast internet, lot of TV channels too. The owner is kind and responsive. The only disadvantage was for me was that there is no gym in the complex. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would use it again.

A very unfortunate situation. The guest had put in a wrong door code 9 plus time and was locked out at night. Since I was sleeping, I didn't get the message until the morning. Since I have a smart lock, I am able to see the activity, battery life, open and close the lock as needed. I called 3 times on two different phones to contact her. I then sent her a text stating that I saw that she was locked out putting in the wrong code. I told her to put in the correct code. I opened and closed the lock remotely and it worked fine and told her that the lock was working. I receive a phone call 20 minutes later that they called a locksmith and he just got done drilling out the lock. My husband asked her what was the code she was putting in. It was the wrong code. I paid $1,400 to have the locksmith replace the perfectly good lock!!! All lock actions are documented digitally. The guests also wanted me to pay for their hotel stay. I said when I get reimbursed from their accidental insurance, I would repay them, since I didn't get their late night phone call. I have not gotten paid from the insurance company yet, so hence I have not reimbursed.

I hope you enjoy the area and the condo as much as I do. Whether I am riding my bicycle in Red Rock canyon, gambling at Suncoast casino, checking out Fremont street, reading a book poolside, or relaxing in the recliner watching cable TV....I love the area.

The condo also is close to my heart. I sleep soundly when I am here. I have worked hard to gradually update and remodel the condo. New living room plank flooring, new doors, and fresh coat of paint have brightened this comfy condo. Granite countertops throughout including a breakfast bar. I continue to plan on updating this home.

This property allows you to be close to all of the excitement of Las Vegas, but is also minutes from serenity. Here you will be less than 25 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, downtown Las Vegas, the strip, and Henderson. You are less than 10 minutes away from prestigious golf courses such as Palm Valley Golf course, TPC at Summerlin that hosts a PGA event annually, Highland Falls Golf course to name a few. As If that is not enough, there are 19 parks in Summerlin, 2 have built in water parks!

If shopping is your thing, you will have your choice of wonderful stores and shops. Tivoli village is brand new and is minutes away. Downtown Summerlin Mall and Trails Village Center hosts a variety of stores and restaurants.

Probably most important of all, is I want you to enjoy your time here. Please let me know if anything is less than 5 stars!

You will have some of the luxuries of vacation, but also the touches of home. You will have the ability to relax poolside or go hiking, biking, horse back riding, running in Red Rock Canyon. The condo has a full functioning kitchen with pots, pans, full dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. It comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed and 2 queen beds, all with full closets. The soft luxurious bedding is brand new. Allergy matress and pillows covers are present on all beds. Vertical blinds are throughout. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

This condo is part of a gated community in a beautiful area.
