Summary:
The best sunrises await your arrival! Nicely updated 1BR 1 and 1/2 bath OCEAN FRONT condo with a large balcony and walk out level to the beach/ocean. Located in North Ocean City away from all of the hustle and bustle, but walking distance to so many great places. Just across the street from the Fenwick Inn and the Vista Rooftop. Walk to Sushi, Billy's Subs, Pirate Mini Golf, Taphouse Tavern, and Shopping at Sunsations. This condo has all you need for your next vacation.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

The Neighborhood:
Laundry inside the home. Guest entry instructions: this unit utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Must be 25 to book this home & that person must stay the entire duration.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had a really great stay at Jodi’s condo. The ocean view from the patio is incredible and we loved hearing the ocean waves from the living room. The space is very comfortable and clean, and has everything you would need for a short stay - dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc. The bed is very large though a bit stiff, and having an en-suite half bath is great. Would absolutely stay here again for another beach weekend!

Thoughtfully decorated and very clean. Perfect location for a nearby wedding we attended. Evening glass of wine on the patio was delightful. Access to beach is easy...right next to the building. Even in the off season when the life guards are only every few blocks, we had a lifeguard right on 138th street beach.

Fantastic view of ocean and dunes! Place is small but ok for 1-2 adults. The assigned parking space numbers could use painting as you could only read if you got out of your car. But overall nice place with amazing views for peaceful sunrise!

Exactly as advertised and a wonderful spot for 2-3 people. Reasonably priced and so conveniently located and well-appointed with all the comforts you could want for a beach getaway, right down to the outdoor shower station to get the sand off and even a couple of nice breach chairs. Just love the dune/beach view from the patio. Excellent communication & instructions from Jodi. Would absolutely stay here again!

So clean and well-appointed in decoration and supplies. This unit sleeps four, but with 1 1/2 baths is best suited to couples. Nonetheless, I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the owners :)

Relaxing and comfortable, homey, condo

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo had an excellent location was comfortable well appointed and just what we needed. The beach is soooo close and so nice Sun up and Moon up over the ocean from the patio was divine.

Ten out of ten! We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be returning. The view of the beach was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony just taking it all in. It’s a quick one minute walk to the beach. It has a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, even a freezer pack to keep things cool! We used it to keep our waters cold in our cooler. A nice quiet area with easy access to restaurants and activities. The decor is nicely done and very relaxing. Nicely updated throughout the whole condo. Very clean. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful stay on the beach

Excellent stay with beach haus rentals. The property description was spot on and exactly what we were looking for. The beach was less than 10 feet away. Although the property was small but it was perfect for us. Super comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio had a perfect view of the ocean. Overall it was an excellent stay. We look forward to returning.

Will be back over and over again

Thanks so much for providing a beautiful, clean and welcoming place. We had the most wonderful time. The place is spotless, the decor amazing, the view exactly as in the photo, and please know you are literally steps away from two entrances to the beach. Location location location.

Money is the most important thing i guess. Weather channel forecasted possible 20' waves and coastal flooding and so on. With that in mind and being on the bottom floor (below the dunes) we felt for our safety we needed to leave. Contacted the owner was told they would monitor the situation never the less asked for partial refund but was told the property never flooded. Still not worth the chance

Would stay again.

I’m doing this on a small phone with large hands. You’ll have to forgive any typing errors. It’s a one bed, 1.5 bath with a full kitchen, living room and an ocean facing balcony with ample seating. Beach access is a few steps away from the front door (legit maybe 50 feet from door to sand) and there is dedicating parking right across the street with the apartment on the first floor. There is dollys to haul your stuff in. It even has a washer and dryer. What isn’t there to like? It’s got all you need and can ask for. They even hook you up with a little care package of TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, toiletries etc to get you off the ground until you can hit the store for supplies should your stay be sufficiently long. Our was. There is plenty of food options and adult beverage options in a three block radius. Most being within one block. Again, we would totally stay here again.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and there were so many little extras included. The place was comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Listening to the waves while in the living room with the sliding door opened was incredibly relaxing. After check in, the owner sent a message to see if everything was okay. They seemed very attentive to their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here.
