We absolutely loved the views and proximity to the beach. Host was very responsive. Check in/out process was very easy. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot

My wife and I love renting Barefoot 101. Why you ask? It is spacious and well kept, It is an end unit close to the beach entrance. It is on the 1st floor so there is no elevator wait time. Looking forward to our 2027 return. :-)

This was the perfect place for our family of four. We loved the location and the views. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

This is such a lovely place! Perfect location, quieter beaches and neighborhood but close to everything you could want to do. Very clean and well decorated, comfortable beds, and fully stocked with anything you would need for the kitchen or going to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place. Clean, well decorated, and smelled like surf wax. Sooo beachy! Very well maintained and was so accommodating, offering homely necessities throughout our stay. Unbeatable views and very accessible.

Great location, cozy condo

I stayed here with a group of girl friends and we loved our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect location, I loved that it was quieter than downtown OC. Beautiful view of the ocean. I’d definitely book here again!

A Magical Spring Escape

A tastefully decorated, well appointed condo - steps from dolphins, mating horseshoe crabs and serenading birds. Even in 50 degree mornings, the warm and sunny balcony made for an idyllic coffee start to the day. Walking distance to tax-free shops and restaurants.

Cozy, chic condo on the beach

Wonderful property in north OC. View of the Atlantic just over the dune. Condo is perfectly decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Could not have asked for better weather at the end of March. Cannot wait to visit this special place again soon!

Great place for anniversary celebration

My husband and I celebrated our 58th wedding anniversary here and enjoyed two nights at the beach. The home was tastefully and beautifully decorated with soft beach colors throughout. My husband especially loved the hanging swing on the porch! The location was excellent with private parking, and lots to see within an easy walk or drive.

This was our first time staying here and we would absolutely book again! The place was very clean, and the beach decor was very welcoming and provided that vacation feel. The hosts provided pretty much everything you would need for your stay, except the food! Thank you for making this a memorable vacation for our family, Jen & Mike!

June 22 - 28, 2025

The property was just as advertised, clean, and in an absolutely beautiful area. We even had a 10 month old and it was still a great time, and a great first vacation for the little one. The property manager always responded promptly, and even was able to work with us on our schedule. Would absolutely rent from them again and definitely recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!

Family Vacation 2024

101 Barefoot is the perfect unit for our Family Vacation. The unit has easy beach access and is easily accessible for those with disabilities walking. The unit is well maintained with a full size washer and dryer. Already looking forward to Vacation 2025.

SIMPLY MAGIC

There are little places you visit, they’re just fine, & then there are places that feel like they momentarily rewrite you. This oceanfront condo was the latter. The minute you step inside, it’s all light, air, and quiet whimsey-every detail thoughtfully placed, like it belongs in some magazine but somehow still feels like home. And then there’s the view. Endless ocean, shifting dunes.. But what truly sets it apart is the access—no elevators, no crowds, convenient assigned parking. …Just open the door and you’re on vacation. Morning coffee with the sound of waves. Late-night walks under salt-heavy air. It feels private, almost secret, like you’ve slipped into a version of the beach most people never get to experience. This getaway didn’t feel like JUST A getaway- it was an absolute RESET, a little bit of simple magic you don’t quite want to leave behind.

For 4,000 for a week I was not expecting a condo that has stains on all the carpet and furniture. ZERO air conditioning in the master bedroom. Half of the closets locked and zero space to put anything. The dresser drawers were so dirty and gross we left everything in our suitcases. The storm shutters to block the light from coming in to try and keep thr place cool have not close signs because the wiring is wrong and if you put it down u have to manually wind up. The curtains are not big enough to cover the windows attracting a million insects. The lamps everywhere produce so much heat with zero overhead lighting. There are so many nick nacks and pillows and junky furniture everywhere it was a super tight stay for 3 people. Most of the furniture was broken and worn down and very bad shape. Only enough hot water to take 2 showers in an hour after that the 3rd person has to wait 1.5 hours to get mire hot water. Proximity to beach not bad but there are literally zero beach views you are just staring at the dunes with overgrown grass. Will never stay here again and hopefully save others from this terrible condo that appears slumlords run. For the amount charged for this place there should be SEVERAL updates and the first thing is all new carpet. It was so gross we didnt take our shoes off. The bed sheets were so rough and stiff and super uncomfortable and also stained. For our first family vacation we still made the best of it but absolutely would never recommend this place

Beach Vacation

This property was amazing. Right off the beach. Amazing view. Condo was supplied with everything but the food. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Very comfortable and clean. Would love to come back. Owners were always available for questions. Check in process was super easy.
