The space
Steps away from the boardwalk, shopping plazas, and oceanfront restaurants and bars. Close to casinos, shops, Hard Rock Resort, and Gulfstream Racetrack. 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Aventura City and its famous mall are less than 10 minutes away!

Enjoy a quiet vacation, with breathtaking views, a bright, contemporary design home on the beachfront with incredible views and spectacular dreamy sunsets. Walk on the sunny shore or lounge on the beach during the day and explore the thriving nightlife scene after the sunset. An ideal place for relaxation, shopping, and good food!

After a day out and about, return home and chill out in our bright and warm living area or watch a good movie and sports game on our 55" Smart TV with Roku TV. For those nights you want to chill and relax, we have a fully-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs.

Our bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a double-sized Murphy bed. There is also a crib available. The beds are all equipped with luxury bedding that provides the relaxation you need.

For those who are working while here, we have high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 300 Mbps that is provided during your stay! We also have beach cart, the beach chairs (6), the beach umbrellas (2), the beach towels, and the coolers available.

Valet parking is also available in the building.

We have done everything possible to make this place enjoyable for your relaxing stay!

Guest access
The building offers five-star resort-style amenities: a heated pool, gym, clubhouse, billiard room, business center, 24/7 concierge, valet parking, and direct access to the beach. Paid washers and dryers are located on every floor.

Other things to note
Please note: There is no free parking, washer and dryer provided in this unit but there is valet parking and paid laundry available in the building.

**You can buy a card ($5.00) on the first floor in front of the playroom.
(Washer: $2.25; Dryer: $2.00)

*The Valet parking on site (USD 10 per day; includes in/out privileges)
Short term Guests: Take notice that starting July 1st, the daily rate for the parking will be $20.00/day.

There will be ONE time non-refundable $30 registration fee per reservation which will include 1 key fob (Additional key fob is $30 extra-optional). Key fobs are designed for guests to access all building amenities. Guest pays upon arrival.
Please have your fob with you at all times, so that you can enter and exit the building without disturbing our staff.
For every 1 to 3 guests - $30 for 1 fob
For every 4 to 6 guests - $60 for 2 fobs
For every 7 to 9 guests - $90 for 3 fobs
As per the building management - when we talk about guests, they only refer to adult guests, not kids
All the payments on the front desk are only credit card, apple paid, or money order, CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.
Valet parking is $20 per day and can only be paid via cash or credit card.

Important Note:
*Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing concrete restoration on its facade, the balcony being inaccessible. This work involves construction noise that may be noticeable during daytime hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the work is necessary to maintain the property.

*All building amenities—including the playroom, gym, pool, and direct beach access—are fully operational and well-maintained. We’re committed to providing you with an excellent stay and appreciate your positive feedback!
