The main level greets you with an open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring all the tools you need to prep meals for the whole crew. While meals are cooking, guests can pull up a seat at the kitchen island, which offers seating for four and lake views to match.

When it's time to eat, gather everyone around the two dining tables with room for up to 16 guests. After dinner, move into the cozy living area, where a large sectional and flat-screen TV make it easy to kick back and relax. Or, take the fun outdoors through the sliding doors that lead to the star of the show—your private pool deck.

Just steps from the main living space, the newly installed in-ground pool is surrounded by fresh decking, comfortable loungers, and several seating areas, including two dining tables, a bar-height table, and rocking chairs. The main level of Fireside Fun features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with king beds, TVs, brand-new furnishings, and plush bedding. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
