Starting in April the pool is professionally cleaned once a week to start getting it fresh and ready for your enjoyment. The pool is NOT heated and is open seasonally from mid-May through October. Please note that during pollen season and fall season and periods of inclement weather, debris may accumulate between cleanings. While we do our best to maintain the pool, nature can sometimes make it tricky! Thanks for your understanding and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Please note during the summer time the pool gets serviced twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays weather permitting. Please shower before entering the pool. Thank you!

Note: The deepest end of the pool is 8 feet.
Please use caution when spending time around the pool. Do not leave children unattended while in and around the pool.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.

Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Pool Equipment: For your safety, please do not adjust, operate, or tamper with any pool equipment, including pumps, filters, timers, valves, or control panels. If you experience an issue with the pool, please contact the property manager. Unauthorized handling of pool equipment without prior approval from the owner or property manager will result in a $250 fee to cover inspection, service, and any necessary resetting or repairs.
