MAIN HOUSE

Living Room:
Bursting into view from the front door is the living room; a big comfy couch and SmartTV greet you immediately. With extra seating and natural lighting, you’ll feel right at home.

Dining Room:

Kitchen:
Out of the dining area and towards the back of the home is the kitchen, perfectly stocked and prepped for your stay. In the cabinets, you’ll find all the utensils, platters, and accouterments needed to handle any sized meal your family desires.

Primary Bedroom (King):
Down the hallway to the left is the primary bedroom, ready to provide you with the rest that you need. Settle in for a comfortable stay with our ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, clean linens, and soft pillows.

Bedroom Two (King):
The middle room in the hallway is bedroom two, featuring a king-sized bed and all the accommodations you’d expect to find for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom Three (Queen):
At the end of the hall toward the entrance of the home is the third bedroom. Here find a queen-sized bed and everything you need for a restful night’s sleep.

Laundry:
Should you need to do some washing, the laundry room is at the back side of the house, entered via the kitchen. A washer, dryer, and several laundry pods are provided for your stay.

Hall Bathroom:
Just next door from the middle bedroom is the hall bath.. With a full-sized tub and shower and extra toiletries and linens, all of our guests will be well accommodated.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
