Enjoy the Colorado River with a boat or PWC or rent one locally. Launch the boat directly from the complex launch ramp ( river level and tide line permitting) Please ask for info. Las Vegas style Gambling and Big Name entertainment is 10 minutes away in Laughlin Nevada numerous casinos, and outlet mall shopping, movie theaters, Laughlin river walk, and a not to be missed west coast tradition "In-n-Out burger". Day trips can include Oatman a old west gold and mining town/ghost town, where you can feed the wild burros that roam the streets, shop, dine and watch a old west gun fight.
Las Vegas is a hour and a half away (slow down thru the town of Searchlight Nv. they mean it!! Big speed trap!!!)
Lake Havasu is about an hour drive which features London Bridge and other Boat tours of the river .
This is the condo for the winter visitor that wants to show up to a fully furnished home and is in a community of many similar neighbors that are flying south and seeking a warm snow less winter.
