The review isn't about the house. Rules are mentioned before and after booking, short-term stay in Taiwan is illegal for everyone, if you want tell everyone about your booking, book a hotel, then there will be no restrictions, no kitchen, no neighbors, no discount, and not going to be a massive 4 bedroom next the the subway, most our guests are Overseas Chinese with local family and friends, HOA wont know the local visitors aren't staying, if you paid 1.6 million USD to live in a nice home would you want a host to have an open door policy, be cool its house sharing, this review most likely age badly for you as most are so understanding and respectful. Albert Kuoch kid's blood bled through to the mattress, there was permanent marker writing on the coffee table (deposit didn't cover), its the only deposit we've taken in 12 years of hosting. House sharing normally requires a level of discreetness and professionalism, its a nice location. Most major metro city have similar restriction. We want guests that are sympathetic and respectful of sharing public spaces with local homeowners and to be honest. If being able to ask security guards and neighbors about BNB, having visitors, and lack of kitchenware affect your trip, please kindly don't book with us. We want to host respectful guests.
