Not a hotel, 30 days (a month rental minimum)

Hi there. My wife and I are putting our beautiful home at your disposition. It is conveniently located 5 minutes driving from National Taiwan University and Gongguan night market and about 10 minutes driving to the tallest building in Taiwan-Taipei 101. Bus stops located right in front of our building and metro station only 7 minutes away by walk. 7-11, supermarkets, coffee shops and local restaurants right by the building within few minutes walking. Also a U-Bike station 1 minute away if you prefer to rent a bike and explore the surroundings. A place for jogging right by the river in front of our property will make your stay healthier and more enjoyable. Our building is part of a very quiet community with friendly senior neighbors which enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect place if you are looking a quiet place to relax.
After getting informed about all the local laws my wife and I learned that Taiwan's law stated that we can only offer 30 days rental minimum with a short rental contract to be signed by both parties, after signing the contract you're good to go and enjoy our peaceful and well located home.
