By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge that use of the lake, dock, boat ramp, hot tub, stairs, decks, outdoor areas, and parking lot involves risks. You accept full responsibility for yourself, your guests, and any minors in your care. Owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur. By confirming your reservation, you agree to release and hold harmless the Owners from all such claims.

Pets must be reported at booking in order for the nonrefundable fee of $200 to be included. We understand this option often gets `overlooked`, but please note that if you bring an unreported pet, your card will be charged for additional cleaning on top of the original $200 pet fee. Maximum pet count is 2. We try to turn our property over as fast as possible so that we can offer maximum available days, but unforeseen duties as these may interrupt the next guests arrival time. Please follow the rules so there are no issues.
