Welcome to your dream getaway! This charming lakefront bungalow is the perfect escape for families, groups, or anyone looking to relax in style. Comfortably sleeping 12 guests, this spacious home combines cozy charm with modern amenities for the ultimate lakeside experience.

Brand new Cypress Bungalow is built next door to our popular Cypress Edge Lakehouse. This bungalow also has a covered RV parking space with full hookups. It sleeps up to 12 guests with an all glass stunning window view overlooking Lake Claiborne on the north side of the lake.

Interior of the bungalow is a modern style beauty! The Master suite with king bed and private bath is located on the main level. As well as a stunning full kitchen with a custom walnut island, Cypress wood dining table surrounded by a cozy booth seating. Relax in the Living room with electric fireplace, smart tv, and wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, Ninja coffee station (k-cup and full pot). The Laundry closet features a Samsung stacked laundry center with 4.6 cu ft front load washer and 7.6 cu ft dryer.

The second story features an open loft of bunk beds that includes 2 full beds, 4 twins and one other private bedroom nook with a double bed for that second adult couple who needs the privacy offered by a closed door ;-). One full bathroom upstairs is available for all upstairs guest with a custom walk in shower.

The outside features a large water front covered patio with a 65` tv and a 6 top high bar table leading onto a large wood deck, shaded by trees with a 6 top low dining table, 4-7 person Hot tub, 2 rocking chairs, 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddleboards and a Fire Pit. Bonus features outside include a full outhouse/bathroom with an open roof shower, private boat dock with mounted cleats and rope for tying up your boat. Enjoy the waterfront lot with plenty of green space for family outdoor fun!

Under roof RV pad for those traveling in their own RV but want extra space to house other family members at the Bungalow. RV pad is 15’ x 50’ under roof with electric, water, and sewer hookups. Contact owner for more information about your RV accessibility and setup details prior to booking.

Large parking area in front of the Bungalow, a dedicated private boat dock for guests of the Bungalow and a private property boat launch to be shared only with the guests of Cypress Edge next door.

By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge that use of the lake, dock, boat ramp, hot tub, stairs, decks, outdoor areas, and parking lot involves risks. You accept full responsibility for yourself, your guests, and any minors in your care. Owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur. By confirming your reservation, you agree to release and hold harmless the Owners from all such claims.

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome 1 pet, but he/she must be included in your reservation at the time of booking and the pet fee must be paid.

We provide hypoallergenic bedding for guests without pets. If you bring a pet without informing us in advance:

You will be charged the pet fee, plus an additional cleaning fee, since we were not able to prepare pet-friendly bedding and cleaning protocols.

Please do not bring Confetti or helium balloons into the home. Must clean up all other party decorations that are brought in.
