Grab your beach chairs and walk a short distance to the Footbridge beach. Cozy four bedroom, all season home Raised Ranch(2 queen, 1 full 1 twin brdroom)two bathrooms, meticulously maintained on ocean side of route one. Located less than one mile from the center of town, brief walk to several outstanding restaurants and 50 feet from a trolley stop. The lower level of the home features a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a bedroom with two twins and a newly renovated full bath with new LG washer and dryer. The upper level of the home features a living room/dining area combination with lots of natural light, a galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full bath and a queen size bedroom. Relax on the deck, enjoy the attractive gardens, cook on the BBQ grille and relax in this tranquil setting.

The lower level includes a full bath/laundry setup, queen bedroom, full bedroom and a bedroom with two twins.

Very comfortable and all the amenities were as promised. If you are a real beachgoer the location is superb. Our communicatikn with the host was top notch as well. We will certainly consider this location for our next family vacation in Ogunquit!

Comfortable, great location

We stayed here for the week with our family of 6 adults and a two year old. The home is exceptionally well equipped with anything you may need. It is comfortable with 4 bedrooms. The beach, trolly and several restaurants are all walkable. The host was excellent.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

Property owner was very attentive and kind. Would definitely stay there again. So close to one of our favorite beaches. Only wish was that I could stay longer.

Great times at Footbridge Beach

Everything was perfect for our family stay. Every need was anticipated. It could not have been better. We were so close to the beach and restaurants and other activities. A great place to rent! Very, very clean and well-decorated and peaceful. The outside space was especially useful for gathering and dining. Thank you very much to the host, Pail Cassidy!

Wonderful location and house just as described

We really appreciated how well-equipped the house was, including enough chairs to seat 6 people at the table (and you could squeeze in 2 more if needed) It was so convenient to be able to easily walk to Footbridge Beach. And having 3 parking spaces is a luxury in those parts. Communication with Paul was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great location - all the amenities we needed

Short walk to the beach, a few good restaurants within easy walking distance from the place. Not too far away from downtown either. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great rental! Close to Footbridge Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was clean And the yard is beautiful. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable! Footbridge beach is a short easy walk from the house! Paul is very responsive should you have any questions. I recommend this rental property and would rent again.

Great location, super clean

We had a fantastic vacation in Ogunquit. Paul keeps the house immaculate and stocked with just about everything we needed for the week. Footbridge Beach is a short 10 minute walk from the house. The yard and gardens are beautiful and well cared for by the owners. They clearly take a lot of pride in their property. We loved our stay in Ogunquit. Thanks for opening up your home to my family.

Overwrought owner

Lovely home but not family friendly. We had paddleboards in the driveway and the gardener insisted we had trampled the plants. We lifted boards and not a single plant was bent. Was also told that a cooler damaged plants. A single iris may have been cleaned a half inch back. I listed 4 kids but my kids had more friends visit. Place sleeps 8 so didnt think a few more on airbeds would be a problem. It was. Do not bring teens to this house. I think we left this place clean. We swept and vacuumed but not good enough. No books or games and that should have been a tip off for lack of desire for kids. Bring your own beach buggy and any other beach necessities except chairs. Plenty of chairs. Lovely home and gardens just don't bring kids

Beautiful cottage, walking distance to Footbridge Beach

What a treasure!! The house is sparkling clean and lovely, a good size for our two families (4 adults and 2 kids), plenty of room for everyone to eat/relax, we were very comfortable. But the real joy was that we were just a 5-10 min walk from footbridge beach, which meant we could go at any time and didn’t have to pay $25 per day for parking! It was a great trip- I highly recommend Paul’s house.

Perfect in every way

This is truly a home away from home. It was really clean, stocked with everything we needed, spacious, nicely decorated and very convenient. It is close enough to the beach that we could walk back for lunch or to take a break. It is also an easy walk to a couple of trolley stops. The yard is also nicely landscaped and has room for several on the deck or in the yard itself. We thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. It is obvious that the owner cares about the property and that the renters enjoy themselves.

Family Bliss

Everything about this rental was perfect. Paul (the owner) has a lovely place to rent and you can clearly see he has tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The home is very spacious and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable unlike most rentals where the mattress leave your sore and not rested Paul beds were more comfortable than my own at home. The washer and dryer is a nice touch as well. There is a nice size deck to have your morning cup of tea while listening to the birds. The yard is beautifully landscaped. The location is perfect a small and easy walk to the beach. There are trolley stops super close if you would like to leave the car and not drive but you can easily walk into town from this location. I can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect Place for a Maine Beach Vacation

Really a great property, clean and well appointed with attention to detail to make our stay comfortable. Good location with a short walk to beach and trolley. Paul was very accommodating with our requests and having the linens provided was greatly appreciated coming from out if state. We would definitely stay again if we venture back to the Maine coast. great house, short walk to the beach

The house was beautifully maintained, I'd say less than 10 minutes to the footbridge beach, also a few good restaurants right next door (but no noise from the restaurants at night). Paul was easy to work with, clear communication, house had everything you need, you just need to bring your own linens, towels, and beach toys, there are 5-6 beach chairs there. Modern galley kitchen. Longish walk or very short drive to the heart of Ogunquit, (but it's a nice walk, especially in the AM or PM, with the new sidewalks they're building now). We had 2 children and 6 adults (3 couples), and there was plenty of room. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience

This beach house was perfect for our needs. Downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the grandkids as we could put them to bed and enjoy the upstairs without waking them up. The yard and landscaping were lovely and allowed for kids to be outside when not at the beach. Beach was a very manageable walk--maybe 10 minutes. House had everything we needed and decorating was lovely. Overall, great stay and I would come back to this house again.

Paul has enjoyed the benefits of the quaint town of Ogunquit for a number of years. I currently reside in Massachusetts just outside Boston, I grew up in
Quincy ,Ma in a large family. My extended family enjoys their time on Ogunquit and look forward each year to returning.

I competed my undergraduate work at Bridgewater State College and hold a Masters degree from Lesley College and a Masters Degree from Boston University

This home is off the main street, a corner lot, in a wonderful neighborhood, close to the beach and has many recent upgrades.

I enjoy working in the garden , the sound of the waves in the distance, the clear view of the stars at night and the smell of ocean air.

Depending on your preference, you can sit on the deck underneath the umbrella and drink your morning coffee, read a book,spend the day at the beach, take the trolley into town and but fresh bakery goods, go to the Specialty Market, get an ice cream or frozen yogurt, or take in a movie, cook at home in the kitchen or on the grill,or eat at one of three restaurants just a block away.
