Fresh linens and towels are delivered on day of arrival (including beach towels during warmer months).

Walk to beach in 7/10 of a mile. Walk to downtown restaurants in 4/10 of a mile. Quiet dead-end street, wooded property. Large yard on 1/2 acre of land with patio and screened porch. Trolley stop at end of street. Propane fire-pit available for use in warmer months, fireplace available for use in months of October - April.

A cooler and beach blanket along with a beach umbrella are provided. Propane grill on outside porch. Consumables are not provided, however a minimal amount will likely be available to get you started (i.e., toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, and condiments).

Peloton bike in the basement (shoes not provided).

Daniel was wonderful to work with! Checkin was easy, home is beautiful and he has a binder filled with all the information about the house; fireplace, TVs, etc. I highly recommend him and his home.

We loved our time at Daniel's property. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (& dogs). We enjoyed our walks to town to shop and dine in the great variety of restaurants and looked forward to our evenings around the firepit.

I would move in in a minute!!

Great location. Lots of amenities. Beds were the best I have ever had. You really do not have to take anything except clothes and food. Perfect weather and perfect week!!

Great House, Close To Town

When we booked this house, we had no idea that location would be so important in Ogunquit. The traffic through town is crazy, so the fact that you can walk to everything in town within 10 to 15 minutes is a huge plus. The house was comfortable and very clean. The host provided everything we needed to cook and to enjoy the beach.

Most Organized VRBO Ever

The house is very well equipped with everything needed to have fun at the beach, cook, etc. The location is great, too: a short walk to the beach, away from the noise on Rt 1 and cool and shaded in the woods. There are very clear written instructions for everything in the hoyse. We had a great stay.houseaguestsresponsibilities.

Close but quiet!

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! It’s close to everything but still a quiet getaway when you are looking for a peaceful retreat. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and provides all of the comforts of home!

Tranquil location

This was our second year in a row staying at this home. It was just as we remembered. Very clean. Many spaces to relax (living room, outdoor screened porch, or down on the fire pit patio). Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach items (chairs, cart/wagon, toys for kids, etc.). Easy walk into town and the beach. Everyone had an enjoyable vacation and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Ogunquit.

A cabin in the woods, by the beach !

A stunning property. It is secluded in the woods. Super private and quiet. Yet 10 mins walk to the 5 ways junction in the center of town. The property was spotless, it had everything listed and everything worked (i know this is to be expected, but i have never had a rental experience where there wasn’t something missing in the kitchen … until now). Spacious, comfortable, air conditioned. It is a great place. We made extensive use of the covered porch and the fire pit. I was super surprised that we saw not even one mosquito, which one might expect in the woods. To echo a couple of other reviews do bring a flashlight. Just a pocket one will do. The unpaved track to the house has no lighting, but it is less than 4 mins of the trip so not a big deal at all. Finally, Daniel is a perfect host. He checked in with us on arrival, provided useful information, gave us his contact details and then left us in peace. We are absolutely returning.

Perfect location

There is everything you need for a wonderful vacation in an immaculate, spacious, & comfortable home. You are tucked in the woods but just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Once you’ve stayed here once, you’ll be looking forward to returning. We did!

Another great stay

Fantastic property and terrific owner make this a great place to stay. We keep coming back every year for those reasons. If you’re staying in Ogunquit for a week this house should be at the top of your list.

Lincoln Ave House

The house was very well appointed. Plenty of room for our party of six. It was a little difficult navigating the dirt/gravel road with our beach carts. It was very dark at night walking back from town as therw are no street lights.

A lovely vacation

My family and I had the best time staying at this house! It was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the sheets so soft. The kitchen is well equipped, the porch was a lovely place to hang out and play games, and there’s cable with on demand so we watch some movies too! The best part was being able to have our dog with us and not worry about him being boarded while we were away. It made for a very relaxing vacation! Only con- the mosquitoes are very bad as mentioned in some other reviews, but we would still stay here in the future!

Hidden gem in Ogunquit

This home is secluded and is an easy walk to town and the beach. Clean and spacious. Two full bathrooms to accommodate our family. Multiple dining areas - peninsula in kitchen, dining room, and screened porch. Ample parking. Dog friendly!! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

This home was a perfect getaway! We were able to spread out and enjoy the screened in porch and outdoor space and then come together in the open concept for family dinners and game night! We had everything we could possibly need and felt right at home. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. We had a wonderful week and hope to come back again in the future!

Perfect spot in Ogunquit

The house is lovely & so inviting. Daniel has thought of everything from linens to beach chairs to comfortable beds to an updated binder with all the info you need for the house (and surrounding community). You cannot beat the location - tucked into the woods but just steps from town.

Awesome stay in Ogunquit

Our family had an incredible stay at this property. It was very clean and very well equipped, and perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the main beach and town. The beds were comfortable, and anything you could possibly need was there, including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a beach caddy to get it all to the beach! We really enjoyed the outdoor hot and cold shower and the firepit. The beds were comfortable and the house was roomy enough for 6 adults and a 13 month old (who perfected his walking while here!). Daniel was amazing to work with, everything was as promised and he made the check in and out process easy. This was one of our very best vacations (and we have been coming to this area of Maine for over 35 years). We fully recommend this property!
