Our new sound front home is perfect to bring the family and relax. Inside you are welcomed with a modern coastal elegance, ample space, 3 large bedrooms w/tvs , screened in porch, patio w/plenty of seating, abundance of parking & a front porch that is perfect for watching the sunrise over the water. Large yard, private dock/pier to enjoy fishing, swimming etc. Close to the beach, water park, public boat ramp, shopping, restaurants, wineries, perfect location for duck tours. Excellent for family!

Can use the entire property except for some owners storage in the attic.
Other things to note
This property is located on the direct sound access with a private dock that is perfect for fishing, crabbing swimming, kayaking and more. The water off our private dock is shallow so please NO diving. The level is normally 3 1/2 ft to 5 1/2 ft, it is shallow. There are steps to help access getting in and out as well. Bring life jackets for little ones as there are no lifeguards.

This location is about 30mins to the outer banks, 30 minutes to Elizabeth City and 15mins to the sports complex in Barco. If you wanting to be close to everything so you can explore the area during the day but have quiet evenings, this place is perfect!
