This third-floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom home is located in The Aspens Lodge on the slope side of Blackcomb Mountain. One of six end ski hill suites, it features 7 large windows and boasts a 180° view of the ski hill, Upper Village, pool, courtyard and surrounding mountains. Watch skiers go by while cozied up in the living room next to the gas fireplace. Or in the summer months you may spot a bear from the air-conditioned bedroom.

The lodge's common pool and three hot tubs offer the perfect body & soul recovery after a long day on the mountain or in the village. Indulge in a restful and soothing soak or swim. For those who want to treat themselves, a nice variety of eat-out options are available in the Upper village, just a short 5 min walk down the ski hill, alongside the Upper Village Blackcomb Gondola.

Amazing location, literally looking over the ski run down to the gondola (there was no unit closer to it). Super close walk down to the hot tubs. I’d want to stay in the exact same unit if I went back to Whistler

Good location

Clean, easy check in. Bed and couch/ sitting are very comfortable. Enjoyed the deck as well. Would rent this unit again.

Great condo location - ski-in/ski-out

The condo location was great. You could just go down the steps to the ski hill or the hot tub. You had a view of the hot tub to see when it was empty as well as a view of the lift lines. Condo accommodations were great - bedding, appliances, etc.

This was our second stay at The Aspens, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love this property and will definitely be back.The location is hard to beat. It's one of the closest accommodations to Blackcomb's Upper Village, with easy walking access to everything, including the main Whistler Village. Whether you're here for skiing, biking, or sightseeing, it's incredibly convenient.One of the highlights of our trip was seeing a black bear feeding on berries right outside the gate one morning. It was an amazing reminder that Whistler is home to incredible wildlife. Hopefully visitors continue to respect the posted guidelines and keep a safe distance (100m 1 football field) so these animals can remain wild and protected for years to come and won't be destroyed.We did experience some noise from the family staying above us, as their children were frequently running and jumping in the unit. However, after contacting the owner, the issue was addressed IMMEDIATELY. A big thank you to the host for responding so quickly and professionally.If I had one suggestion, it would be for The Aspens to consider an adults-only hour in the pool and hot tub area later in the evening. The facilities are fantastic, but a dedicated quiet time for adults looking to relax after a day on the mountain would be a welcome addition to the facility.

Pre Xmas ski trip

The location for a ski trip is great, walk down and get your skis out of the ski storage and then another short walk by the pool and hot tubs and you can ski right to the gondola. The only thing that i wish I would have known about is the lack of available groceries, there is a store a short walk away but has a very limited selection. Next time I will find a local store that will deliver and have them at the property when we arrive. Loved the location, very clean. If we ever go to Whistler again I would stay here again for sure.

Spring break to remember

As first time travelers to Whistler, we could not have asked for a more magical trip. Location was ideal. Ski/snowboard valet just across the courtyard, and access to the slope and gondola just steps outside the unit. Truly ski-in and ski-out. Not to mention the hot tubs just below the unit, with a view from the window to help avoid a crowded soak. Short 2 min walk to upper village, and 5-10 walk to lower village. Noise in the evening and lights from the cats grooming late was not as much of an issue for us. Actually quiet. The bed was comfortable. The unit was clean and cozy. Although close quarters for two adults and two teenagers. Unit could use a few more blankets (for sofa bed) and the kitchen could use more dishes, pans, spatulas, bbq utensils, and new knives. Other than those minor inconveniences, the unit was great. Would definitely return to this unit if we make it back to Whistler.

Very nice condo with everything you’d need. Rainhead shower was great and on a hot day the deck has some nice shade from the treesPool and hot tubs are great and access to the upper village so easy down the trail. Very close to Lost Lake down the road

Great ski in/ski out property! Clean facilities, convenient ski valet for storage, and significantly more affordable than surrounding properties. Would recommend!

Cozy home , nice views... but noisy!

We were here 3 nights (Friday to monday). The apartment is well appointed, nice views of gondola and trees... cozy furniture and all basic kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. Management company very quick to respond and accommodated an early check in and late check out which was very helpful with a 3 year old and much appreciated. BUT.. it was a VERY noisy unit ! The hot tub situated right outside the living room window ( where you sleep on the sofa bed) was very loud with music and people partying and yelling until midnight Saturday night. The bedroom is right next to the main trail that leads from all the neighboring apartments to the village. You can hear everyone's conversations as they walk up and down the mountainside starting early morning and going until late hours of the night. You will need earplugs and sound machines to get some sleep at night. There is also a gate outside the living room window where everyone comes in and out of again causing more noise. We are leaving here pretty tired. It was not ideal for our family as we were hoping for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Clean and Great Location

Location is awesome! We skied down to the Blackcomb gondola in the morning and directly to the condo at the end of the day. We were able to park directly under the condo and the there is a staircase maybe 10 feet from the front door that takes you to the hot tub and parking garage. We never even went to the lobby the entire time, it was closer to throw our skis in our car at the end of the day. Condo is very clean and has a nicely updated kitchen/bath. I would recommend adding a couple cheap spatulas to the kitchen for cooking (or bring your own). Something I didn't think about that may bother some people: when it snows a lot at night they groom the run outside the condo literally all night. The truck is quite loud and the headlights shine in the bedroom. After our first night I wore my eye mask and turned on a white noise app and slept through it more easily. My husband however, can sleep through anything so it did not bother him at all.

Loved the location. Close to the village and ski lift.

We stayed here as a home base to explore the areas. Much beauty and fun to be had. The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Very much like the end of the hall location for the views and breezes it offered.

Clean & Comfortable in a good location

The property was clean & well presented. Very comfy bed. All good quality linens. The location is superb. The balcony was a bit scruffy. Just needed a sweep & a clean up, particularly around the BBQ. The kitchen is poorly equipped for a self catering option. Not nearly enough baking dishes & nothing to use for the microwave. We love & prefer to cook for ourselves. Also a dish cloth & surface cleaner should be provided. A little basic oil for cooking & a selection of herbs & spices.

Nice place on the mountain

We enjoyed our stay here and the condo was as advertised. Updated, well-maintained, clean and a great spot slopeside. The management company was easy to work with and instructions easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.
