Guest Access: You will check in via keyless entry and have access to the full property, including a backyard, indoor pool, hot tub, golf simulator, and lake access. Some very select areas will be kept locked for storage.

Sleeping Arrangements: Featuring 8 rooms and 6,500 square feet and a variety of bed configurations, our home is perfect for large groups:

House Rules:
No Pets;
No Smoking (Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $500 charge);
No Parties;
Must be 25 years or older to book property (we reserve the right to ask for photo ID to verify this);
Outside activities must be concluded by 11:00 pm as not to disturb the neighbors;
The detached garage will be locked/inaccessible, as well as a section of the basement;
Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past checkout time) will be subject to a $50+ charge.

Note 1: Please be aware that the lake area immediately in front of the house is rather shallow. If you intend to use a boat, you might not be able to dock it at the property. You can anchor the boat further out where the depth of the water allows, but do so at your own risk.
Note 2: Our private dock is removed around the beginning of November to end of April when the lake is likely to be frozen over.
Note 3: This property has exterior security cameras for safety.
Note 4: This property utilizes well water. A water filter is provided for guest use. But we recommend bringing bottled water, if well water poses an issue for guest consumption.
