The Rock House is situated in a unique and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by neighbors who each reside on their own lots. Nearby residences include a prefabricated home and another property located behind the main Rock House. The home was built in the 1930's, with a an attached in-law suite. It is separated with a solid 1ft concrete wall, with a completely separate entrance- the structure has no connecting doors or windows.
- The entrance is onto the same porch area but that is reserved for guests of this house. The barbeque & side areas are also dedicated to this house.
- Additionally, guests and tenants have access to a shared laundry area for their convenience.

We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. The Pre-Arrival form includes a requirement for a government ID (to be securely entered). These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to venue messaging and are required per Prescott City Short Term Rental Code 4-9. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.

If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period following booking, NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation under the Airbnb currently enforced Cancellation Policy.

The deposit can be up to $200 and will be required at booking or at least one week before arrival. The deposit will be requested Directly through invoice and is fully refundable. Our policy is to return the deposit within 3-5 days of a stay checkout. The deposit will be returned in full if the house is left as found.

In addition to possible deposits we may also perform basic background checks. These checks are of a stoplight nature and no personal information is seen.
