Ca' dei Carpini is conveniently located on the first floor, in one of the most elegant and beautiful areas in the heart of Venice's district of Canareggio, very close to the Hospital SS. John. The flat is a functional two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a calm building. The main bedrooms displays a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, an armchair. The second room displays one single bed.
The main bathroom has a cabin shower, towel-warmer, sink and toilet, soap, shampoo, hair dryer.
The second bathroom has a washer-dryer, towel-warmer, sink and toilet.
The house is equipped with internet high speed, air conditioning, heating. The apartment provides bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and toiletries.
Windows overlook a court which guarantees a good night's sleep and some relax at the end of the day.

From Venice Marco Polo airport take the blue boat line run by Alilaguna ,and get off at the “Fondamenta Nuove” stop (42 minutes). The apartment is only a six-minute walk away (500m). From the railway station (Ferrovia) and from Piazzale Roma (bus stop and parking facilities) take the boat line 5.2 or 4.2 run by ACTV, and get off at the “Fondamenta Nove” stop (10-15 minutes). From Treviso Canova airport take the shuttle bus run by ATVO to Piazzale Roma (70 minutes) and then the boat line 5.2 or 4.2, and get off at the “Fondamenta Nove” stop (10-15 minutes).
At your arrival, we will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment.
Any changes to the time of arrival shall be communicated in the reservation. Before your arrival it is important that you inform us about your arrival time. As we are not at the apartment it is very important that we know the time. Otherwise you have to wait for us.
Generally speaking arrival is between 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 pm. (after 7 pm, Sunday and bank holiday extra charge 30 euro, after 10 pm. extra charge 50 euro). We do not accept arrivals from 12 pm and 8 am.
The house should be vacated no later than 10 a.m. on the departure day.
