Sea Breeze unit 304 is located in the Gulf Shores, AL right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico sugar white sand beach and is only forty yards to the deeded beach access. It is within walking distance to Shrimp Fest, Hang Out Fest, beach stores and several restaurants. The complex is built around a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and grilling picnic pavilion. Every condo has a spectacular view of the pool from their entry door! There are 2 elevators in the complex, so no need to climb stairs. There is an open parking area and a covered parking area. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo is furnished with a sofa sleeper, a recliner, a smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a queen bed with a TV and 2 twin beds and another TV. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. The primary queen bedroom adjoins a private bathroom, and the twin bedroom is right beside the hall bathroom. All beds are made with nice white linen and a set is provided for the sleeper sofa. The bathrooms are stocked with bath linen. Bring your own beach towels and make-up wipes. There is a standard type of coffee maker, so bring filters. Housekeeping provides a "One Day" supply of amenities in case you haven't shopped prior to arrival. There is shopping close by: Walmart, Rouses, Dollar General plus beach stores!

The Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan and Foley areas have lot to offer to go along with your beachtime. You might want to "Google" some of these places to consider visiting while there: Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville, OWA, Movie Theaters, Bowling Alley, The Hang Out, Lulu's, The Wharf, Mobile Bay Ferry, Historic Fort Morgan, Bahama Bob's and more!
