Special Rates On Fill In Dates For Your Beach Vacation

Sea Breeze condominium is a relaxing beach getaway, and one of the most affordable vacation spots on the Gulf Coast. Sea Breeze is located just one mile West of Hwy 59, you are close to all the restaurants and shopping. The complex also offers two elevators and carts to help you with your luggage. Across the street you have a deeded beach access to the most beautiful white sandy beaches to relax on and the most beautiful sunsets to witness. In the courtyard there is a large circular pool with lounge chairs and covered tables, a large gazebo with four grills are also available if you feel like cooking some fresh seafood.
The condo is a 2 bed 2 bath that comfortably sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own bathroom, and a new flat screen TV, with DVD. The guest room offers a queen bed with a new flat screen TV and DVD player. All TV's are connected to Dish Network .and Wi-Fi Internet is complimentary. If you find you need additional sleeping space during your visit, the living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa. Parents please do not allow your children to jump on the sofa bed, this breaks the frame as well as the bed. Sea Breeze is a NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Designated smoking area is located on the ground parking level.
The Living room offers ample seating with a New HD flat screen TV and a DVD player. In the TV cabinet there is a collection of books just in case you forgot to bring yours, and a section of games and coloring books for the kids. There are gulf views from the living room windows. We added a banquette around the kitchen table to add more seating. The kitchen is complete with New cookware, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave over the stove, refrigerator, and a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
We have tried to think of everything to make your vacation memorable and enjoyable. Leave only your footprints behind, take all your memories to cherish for years.
Our condo comes with a reserved parking spot in the east side of the building.

Host was very helpful and communication was excellent. We were allowed an early check in when requested. Overall room was clean, walls very dirty in spots. The listing states there is a balcony, which is misleading. The only outside space is the walkway out the front door leading to the elevators and stairs.

Sparkling clean unit

This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect and convenient. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing vacation

Communication & instruction were very easy . It was in a good location and easy access to the beach . It’s an older building but very well kept and clean . I would definitely stay again .

Perfect for a quick getaway

The condo was perfectly stocked in a great location. While we didn’t go to the beach by the condo (our friends were up the road on the beach so we used their access), the pool and amenities were perfect. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Nice place and great location

It would have been nice if there were bathrooms by the pool. There are building near the pool so I assume there could be bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped well.

Best Friend Trip

Loved the location and the property. Just past the hustle and bustle of The Hangout area and there is a pass just across the street to the beach. Walked over to watch the sun come up... beautiful! Even though it was during spring break it wasn't noisy and was a great trip. Had a question for the owner and she replied very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, very nice condo

We really liked the condo. Cute decorating. Plenty of options for beach gear, including beach towels, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, linens. Great location. Just a two minute walk (across a busy street with no crosswalk!) to a very well kept beach. Only real issue was the leaking of the cold water in the front bathroom. Made it impossible to regulate the shower temperature because it leaked so much water. Definitely needs someone to come fix it. Otherwise great stay. Would recommend.

The property is small but quaint and cozy. Close to everything and across from the beach. No crowds, just the perfect time to be in Gulf Shores! Will do it again!!!

Great space and location

Overall good. Clean. Air Conditioning kept freezing up at night. Sign said do not set below 70, however, we could not set below 73 or unit would freeze up. Beach access picture on site was not accurate and was pretty far from the room.

What a wonderful time at Sea Breeze in the winter. Beach was amazing. Property was great and we had both practically all to our selves. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Best vacation

Highly recommend this place. Quick access to the beach and also to town. The condo was very nice and clean. Dealing with the owner was easy and all information concerning the stay was provided in a timely manner. Definitely a new vacation spot for my family!

Great condo! Love the beach theme. Clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to walk across the street to the beach access. Delivery from Walmart made it very easy for meals.

I wanted a place where not only my family but others could experience this fantastic area. My grandchildren love playing in the sand. The gulf waters are so beautiful and it is a wonderful place to build memories that will last a life time.

Sea Breeze is like a small community the people here are so warm and welcoming, they make you feel as if you have came home. The two elevators are such a major feature for this size of condominium, it really helps when you have young children and all the luggage to carry up a flight of stairs. The two bed, two bath makes your vacation a little better too, than having to share a bath. And being so close to the beach just makes this the perfect spot for your vacation. I fell in love with Sea Breeze and I know you will too.

Sea Breeze offers two elevators, it is the only condominium of its size that offers this luxury. The location is excellent, close to the Hwy 59 T, walking distance to restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. You can't ask for anything more.
