Living Space:
Gorgeous wood beams, ceilings and walls will surround you in the upstairs living area.
Open concept space holds a double sided gas fireplace connecting the living area with the dining area.
Above the fireplace is a 42 inch Smart TV, 2 sliding doors to the upper deck looking out at the lake, plenty of seating, games, and even a computer desk w 2nd monitor.
**Please note we have a JACUZZI BATH TUB, NOT a hot tub at this property
Dining Space:
Off of the kitchen is a large dining table with space for 12. Situated next to the gas fireplace, its a great spot for all meals as well as game nights!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is not your usual Pocono rental kitchen. Stainless steel gallery appliances set off the granite counters, real wood cherry cabinets and vaulted ceilings w sky lights make for a great cooking experience. Everything you could need to create family meals is here for you including stovetop and bakeware, plating for 12+, Crab pot, Ninja coffeemaker w frother and single cup capability, 4 slice toaster and more.

Bedrooms:
The home sleeps 13 comfortably
*Primary: The oversized master bedroom includes King bed, a step up jacuzzi tub (not to be confused with a hottub), 42 inch smart TV , Heat and AC Split unit, Large glass windows surround the french door leading to the rear yard and waterfall area, and en-suite bath .
*The secondary bedroom has 2 large, super solid wood double over double bunk beds with sturdy wooden steps for top bunk access. Double closets, bureau, and Heat/AC split unit.
*The third bedroom has a single bed over full bunk bed, closet, bureau and Haet/AC split unit

Bathrooms:
*The En suite Master bath has marble floor, marble counter, separate water closet and full floor to ceiling marble shower. Opt to warm up the floors in the chilly months with the blown heat on the floors and towel warmer.
*Guest hallway Full Bath has a standing shower, towel warmer, hair dryer and marble floors
*Gameroom half bath is located downstairs at the bottom of the spiral staircase.

GameRoom:
*Take the party downstairs to the game room!
Make a cocktail at the sunken bar with mini fridge with seating for 6.
Have fun playing pool, ping pong or challenge your mates on the
skew ball and foosball table.
Another 40 inch smart TV with all the streaming apps sits above the dual sided
gas fireplace.

Outdoor Areas:
*Enjoy the backyard Beer Garden themed patio, including firepit, picnic table and
working waterfall! Overhead garden lights complete the ambiance.
*Have your coffee or afternoon beverage out on the front patio overseeing the lake
and passerbye's

Summertime:
In the summertime, Repeat Retreat provides access to the lake via a private point just yards from the home. It's a great spot to get wet and have some fun! (see photo's of Lesher Street and the map in photo gallery)

This is a beautiful home with a lot of features you don't see in usual Pocono Rentals. No Paneling here!
