Rangeley Manor P-77 is a charming log cabin that comfortably sleeps 9, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. Located just a short walk from the water, the property offers access to a shared beach area and marina, where you can enjoy boating, kayaking, and canoeing. There's also first-come, first-serve boat docking available for small boats. While the cabin isn't directly on the water, it provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to Rangeley Lake.

For outdoor enthusiasts, this cabin offers the perfect blend of convenience and adventure. It's located close to Saddleback Ski Resort for winter sports and is within walking distance to downtown Rangeley, where you can explore local shops and dining. Hiking, ATV, and snowmobile trails are accessible directly from the front door, making it an ideal spot for year-round outdoor activities.

In addition to its outdoor offerings, Rangeley Manor P-77 is designed to offer a quiet, peaceful environment for guests. Please note that if you're renting a home with ATV trail access, it's important to ride only to and from the designated trail access points to help maintain a respectful atmosphere for all guests. Please do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley. Whether you're looking to ski, hike, or relax by the lake, this cabin provides a perfect home base to enjoy the beauty of Rangeley while being close to the village and the outdoors.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Queen Bedroom, Second Bedroom with One Queen and One Twin, Third Bedroom with One Double and Two Twins, Fourth Bedroom with One Double and One Twin. Sleeps up to 9 guests.

Location: Near the northern shore of Rangeley Lake, not far from downtown Rangeley. 1.3 miles to downtown Rangeley, 6.5 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 9.3 miles to Saddleback.

Great family location.

Perfect location, close to downtown, easy access to the lake. This was our 3rd year staying at this location and plan on returning again next year.

Ideal propery

This is our families 4th year staying at this property, great location, well kept and furnished. If you want a place close to town with low traffic and is quite this is your location. Although not on the water you do have a private water access just for the properties within the association and the public beach/playground in town is less than 5 minutes away. We can’t wait for our return next year.

Home away from home

Morton & Furbish Agency has done it again! After spending another week in the greater Rangeley area and at Rangeley Manor P-77, we always feel like we are home away from home. Amazing Mid-week Stay

We won a raffle through An Angel's Wing. We couldn't be happier with the cabin, the cleanliness, the ease of the rental process, the friendliness of the staff at Morton & Furbish. The week showed rain the whole visit, but thankfully the weather people were mostly wrong. We went bowling down the road, fishing, trail riding, walked the little town area. Thank you for providing such a wonderful getaway.

We have been coming to Rangeley for years . As always Morton and Furbish did not disappoint! The cabin was clean, neat, and beyond our expectations. The washing machine had a door switch issue. They offered to did our laundry at their facility, but no need for there was a very nice repair man there the next day. Looking forward to staying with them next year!

Vacation

Gorgeous house perfect for our stay with 9 adults and 1 dog. We all had private spaces as well as great communal spaces. The kitchen is stacked! Cooking was a breeze because there was every sized pan imaginable! Washer and dryer such a nice bonus. Coming home with clean clothes is a plus. Rangeley Manor grounds were great for walking the dog. We enjoyed the lake every day. I just wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for two families and had everything that we needed. We reported that the toilet downstairs has hot water in the bowl. My husband is a plumber and he noticed this right away. We would absolutely rent again in the future! Thank you, Pam Parker

Where do I begin?

Morton & Furbish, where do I begin? Every year, you exceed my expectations upon your rentals. Sure, I could find something a little cheaper (not by much) and less accommodating, but why would I? How many places would contact you before, during and after your stay. They inform you of your upcoming stay, if things are needed, restaurants, attractions and then thanking you for renting with M&F. To me, this is going way more than above and beyond doing business! This is more of a personal thing. If you haven't rented with M&F, please check them out. They offer many different rentals to accommodate your needs. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! We are already looking forward to next year!! Thank you very much Morton & Furbish! Richard

Side by Side Weekend

The 4 bedroom house was perfect for 4 couples for two nights with 4 trucks and trailers. We drove a short distance through town to get on the ATV trails. The house was stocked very well with various items needed for prepping and cooking meals. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the house, lunch in local restaurants: Sarges in Rangeley and Trails End in Eustis. We rode about 115 miles in 2 days. Dinners were in the house followed by a campfire outside Friday night and game night inside around the table on the rainy Saturday night. We quickly learned that when using the stove, place the temp 50 degrees higher than what you need to bake lasagnas and quiche. Sadly the clothes washing machine was not working, door would not latch so it could not stay locked and I think the property should consider a new microwave. Other than that, we loved the home. Perfect for 4 couples who like their own bedrooms at the end of the day. We would definitely consider coming back to this rental home.

A Rangeley Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed the cottage for our Thanksgiving celebration. Three generations coming together for our special day. Kitchen equipped with enough pots and pans and plates and utensils to put on the giant feast. Only wished there were more than 1 mixing bowl which was tough with three cooks in the house. Plenty of bedrooms and beds to insure privacy and comfort. Rangeley accommodated us by snowing our entire week-end; it was so beautiful.

Excellent house to rent. Have been here many times before and the location and layout work well for us. We have always found it well kept up. We were very pleased with the new deck and fire pit. The weather was warmer than expected and over the first weekend we did get to use them. Thank you for your facilitating the rental. As always a pleasure doing business with you.

Great, dog friendly house!

What a great house. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. House is super clean! Loved that firewood was provided for the wood stove. Especially appreciated the relaxed dog friendly environment. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Time at P-77

We had a very nice time at P-77. The rental was very well maintained and comfortable. The beach area was a short walk away and was very nice with easy access. The staff quickly helped us with a power outage from a big storm that cut electric and water by quickly supplying ice and bottled water to us and offering to pay for my wife's hotel room for the one night that the power as out as she needed power for a medical device. One challenge at the end of the rental (the day before we left) was that a man mowing the rental house lawn threw up a rock with his machine that shattered our minivan sliding door window. He immediately took responsibility and the rental company's insurance paid for repairs, but we spent much of the last day of our vacation tending to the damage and putting sheeting on the vehicle and then after returning home but I had to take the van to a body shop for repairs, requiring time off from work and picking up a rental car (all paid for by the rental company insurance, which was appreciated.) In sum, the rental was great, the damage to the car less so, but we will return again.

Another wonderful vacation in Rangeley! We've been staying at this cabin since 2004, and always appreciate what a nice, well-designed place it is. Plenty of room for extended family, close to all the things we love to do (swimming, kayaking, hiking, going to town). Highly recommended!
