It is quick drive to all the fun of downtown Prescott. Or spend the day at Goldwater Lake just 3 miles away

There is a staircase to get into the cabin.. Additionally two bedrooms are on the 2nd level.

The driveway is very steep. 4 wheel drive is required in winter months.
There is 1/4 mile of dirt road leading to the cabin. It is maintained by the county and easily used by all cars
There is a security system in place in the home.
Entire system will be turned off during your stay.
Motion sensors, door sensors and panic button will be disabled.
