Completely Remodeled and Modernized Smart Home in Payson

A stay with us at the Rim View Retreat will offer you a relaxed vacation experience in Rim Country. This home has been completely remodeled and modernized. It offers the convenience of a smart home even down to the hands-free shower while still offering the ability to control everything traditionally as well. We have amenities that most homes do not offer such as heated toilet seats in both bathrooms. The kitchen has an induction stove so boiling water takes minutes. We offer LeeTV which has over 5000 channels including all Movie Channels and all Professional Sports Packages. This home overlooks Green Valley Park which offers a summer concerts series, and our back patio offers the VIP seating for the concerts or a seat for amazing sunsets. This is truly a dream getaway because we designed this home knowing it will be our retirement property. So enjoy it while it is available!!!

Wonderful place to stay in Payson. Stores, restaurants, parks, etc. are all close by. Home was very clean, had a comfortable patio with great views. Host was quick to respond and friendly.

We loved the location and the layout of the house. It is very kid friendly and dog friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and Lee was amazing at communicating with us. Definitely recommend

Lori was a perfect guest. You would never know she had kids and a dog. She left my house spotless. If you're lucky enough to get her to rent your property don't hesitate, approve immediately.

DeAnna is the best guest we've had. She treated the house as if it was her own Was very commutative. Do yourself a favor if you ever get a booking request for her just accept it right away

Everything was fantastic! This smart home had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with modern appliances.They had special touches everywhere, for example a doggie station and bed for our old dog. The owners had signs displayed to help with operations. If we needed anything, we were free to call them anytime.The owners were very hospitable. The ease of this modernized home made our stay in Payson perfect!

This home is beautiful!!!! It is fully stocked with everything that you need for your stay. Very Clean!!!!!! The location cannot be beat. Close to everything, great views and a quiet neighborhood. Lee is very responsive to any questions that you may have. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, interior updates were stunning. Very dog friendly. Our elderly dog has never been so comfortable! Fully stocked. The spa like shower was unlike anything we have experienced in a private home, in addition to the Smart tech throughout the home. Views of hills and park were a plus to hang on the patio.Host Lee was the most thoughtful and responsive we have ever had in a VRBO. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The pictures and reviews say it all. Accurate photos with a lot of easy to use home automation features. Great communication throughout our stay with the landlord. Home was extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Lastly, a great location near a dog park and Green Valley Lake.

Great Vacation Spot In Payson

Our family spent a long weekend in this beautifully updated 3 bdrm home in Payson. Great location in quiet neighborhood with views of the town and mountains out the back. The home is spotless, roomy and comfortable with state of the art electronics and smart features. A real treat!

Great vacation

House was amazing, comfortable, totally modern, and cozy. All smart systems. Great scenic views. Easy access to town. Payson was the best. Probably one of the most beautiful areas in the world when off the beaten path. Great hiking, off-road sports, and a fun happy town. We would love to return to this home.

Wonderful home in Payson

We stayed here for a short weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. The home is very clean and well-stocked wth everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Check in was super easy and they had instructions for how to use everything in the house. It was colder and rainy the weekend we stayed up there, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked, but the cooler weather brought out the elk herd in the area and we were able to see them from the patio! There is a terrific view of the town park with a mountain backdrop. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo home in Payson! The house was absolutely immaculate and beautifully updated with modern features throughout. Every detail has been thought of, making it perfect even for an extended stay. The home had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy amenities that made us feel right at home.The location was ideal—close to the park and serene ponds, offering a perfect mix of convenience and nature. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring that everything was seamless from start to finish.If you’re looking for a connected, modern, and worry-free experience in Payson, this is the place to book! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Kirk for noticing My wife and I poured our heart and soul into this home Knowing we will be moving up there eventually. You were ideal gas the house was immaculate when we got up here. Please come back and stay again we'll probably be doing this for another year and a half, or two years tops and then we'll be living in it. So come enjoy it while it's still available.

The location was central, the apartments setup was very functional, nice linens and kitchen ware. The downstairs large bedroom was very comfortable, a handrail would be helpful. In the twin bed room Blackout curtains are needed to help block ALL NIGHT STREET LIGHTS and noise.The bathroom needs help, you need to paint the ceiling with marine paint so the unvented humid room, will not let mold to grow, the overhead shower is broken, only the handhelp one works and please consider change out the oversized cupboard as its hard to get to the sink. I own alot of properties so I am just trying to make your cute apartment more comfortably. Please note: we would enjoy staying here again, but these suggestion would greatly improve someones stay.

Outstanding home

This house is BY FAR the nicest house we’ve stayed in. Usually, the house is not as good in reality as the pictures. In this case, the pictures don’t do the house justice. It is very dog friendly with a fenced yard. Our dog loved to sit outside and enjoy all the scents wafting by from the mountains and trees. The patio has a retractable awning and the patio furniture is very comfortable. The view overlooks the town and nearby park. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The kitchen has more equipment than my house. There is a full set of spices and condiments, Keurig pods and a selection of teas and sweeteners. Everything is provided. The cabinets are soft close. There is a water dispenser in the kitchen with a dog bowl attachment. Each sink in the house has an automatic soap dispenser and upscale lotion. The master bath has a dual shower. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Alexa can control the lights, house temperature and the showers. Or you can use the regular light switches. The house has four huge TVs with tons of channels and 5G Internet. There are even two phone chargers for you to charge your phones. This is a very nice, clean, upscale place. I hesitate to let anyone know about it because I want it to be available the next time I want to stay there.

Mark and his wife stayed at our home and we could not have been happier with them as guests. They took the trash out made the beds did the dishes, and I'm almost positive they used the squeegee on the glass in the shower. If you get a request from Mark do not hesitate just pre approve and know you will have an easy weekend. Best guests I have had yet.
