Rustic Remodeled Camper on Mini Farm with Farm Fresh Eggs

Immerse yourself in the Appalachian countryside at our homestead camper. Nestled at the base of Little Pisgah Mt, 25 minutes outside Asheville, our site offers a little slice of country life with easy access to all the activities that Asheville has to offer.

Enjoy complimentary organic fed farm fresh eggs with every stay.

Sit by the fire and have a cookout on our grill.

Has running water from our well, a hot shower/tub & flushing toilet.

Our fully equipped 30ft camper is tucked away on the corner of our property. You are likely to see goats or chicken roaming the forest across the driveway from your stay. We recently remodeled the majority of the camper with health conscious materials in mind using zero or low VOC materials, flooring, paints and finishes for our tables and countertops. We don't use any scented products for our linens or any harsh cleaning products.

Short Queen size natural memory foam mattress with organic cotton sheets.
2 single bunk beds with natural latex 3" pad

***NOTE a Short Queen is 5 inches shorter in length than a standard queen bed.

You will have full access to the camper and the outdoor space in the grass near the outdoor table and fire pit.

Parking is available in the mowed grass area in front of the camper

We live on property at the end of the main driveway. Our house can be seen from the camper (as shown in the listing photos). We are happy to assist you with anything you need during you stay. Feel free to message us with any questions or needed assistance.

Please note that the camper does share a driveway with our house which can be seen from the trailer.

Also please be aware that the camper is in the forest so you might find a few ants or bugs exploring the camper as well from time to time. We do our best to mitigate them without any toxic substances but they do appear from time to time.

***SAFETY NOTE*** The yellow wire perimeter fences and white netting around our pasture and barn are electric. This is to keep our crafty goats from escaping as well as to keep our animals safe from predators. We do have signs posted, but please keep in mind if you have small children.

**Our neighbor is currently building a small house near the property line. It does not occupy the view from the trailer however there are some construction noises during the day.

Respect the Land and the Farm
This is our home and we take stewardship of the land seriously. Please respect the land, plants, and animals. The red barn, green shop building, main house, and fenced-in pastures are off limits at all times. Please do not open any gates or enter any pastures as this can cause unintended harm to our animals. If you would like to meet the animals, just send me a message and I’d be happy to give you a tour!


With this in mind, there are absolutely no firearms or fireworks allowed.


Farm Animals
We have several different kinds of animals on the property and depending on the time of year you are visiting you may see Goats, Sheep, Ducks, Chickens, Turkeys, Cats, and Guinea Fowl. We invite you to observe the animals but please never feed or handle them. The only exception to the handling rule are the two sister cats. If they come say hi please feel free to give them some love, they are very cuddly. The darker skinny one is named Wizard and the orange one is Whiskey. Please don't feed them (especially Whiskey- she's a bit of a beggar and eats a lil more than she should!)

Guest Numbers
The number of guests booked on the reservation is the head count allowed on the premises. We do however understand that plans change and may need to be adjusted. If you would like to add people to your reservation, know that the maximum number allowed to stay over is 4 people. Please write to us to seek approval of an updated guest count. If approved, we can assist you to make the Booking Modification on the platform. These details are essential for our insurance policies. Thank you for understanding!

PLEASE NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR E-CIGARETTES inside the camper or directly in front of the door. There will be a $500 fine for any evidence of smoking inside the camper. Please make sure all cigarette butts are completely out and properly disposed of in the garbage.


Visitors
Regarding non-registered guests/visitors. If you would like to have visitors over to spend time with, we are in general happy to accommodate this. However you MUST seek advanced approval from us, in writing, via the platform. Please make sure any visitors are fully aware of the house rules and quiet hours. No Parties.

Quiet Time
Please make no noise (loud music, etc…) which could disturb our neighbors between 10pm-8am to respect our community.

Damages and Additional Cleaning Requirements

Should anything be broken or damaged, please let us know immediately. Damaged items or any rules not-complied with which require monetary compensation will be followed up on. If the property is left in a condition that our cleaners need extra time to take care of, additional cleaning charges will apply.
