This house enjoys a split floor plan with master bedroom and master bath on one side and two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the opposite side of the house. Master bedroom has a king sized bed while the two guest bedrooms have 2 twins and a queen. Through the living room and off the back of the house, you will enjoy being up in the trees while relaxing in the sun-room. Sun-room offers twin day bed. Off the sun-room and master bedroom is a spacious deck.

Features include: kitchen with desk area, sunroom, 2 sundecks, outdoor shower, covered parking, charcoal grill, complimentary Cable and wireless high-speed internet. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals.
