This hillside retreat is located in an upscale area with killer views of the Spokane Valley. There is plenty of parking in the long driveway. This fully updated massive home has 2000 sq.ft. on each floor comfortably accommodating larger groups.

Upon entering you will be welcomed by vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light in the sunken living room. There is plenty of seating here to enjoy the 50" smart tv, relax with conversation or to play a game on the chess table. There is also a full sized black sofa bed here.

Make your way to the light and bright farmhouse kitchen where your goodie basket awaits. There is filtered water in the fridge, and an assortment of teas and Keurig coffee pods.

BBQ on the side deck, or cook on the gas stovetop. There is a seat for everyone with 8 at the main dining, 4 at the eating bar, and 4 at the informal dining.

No need to fight over who gets the king-sized bed with THREE to choose from (two upstairs and one down).

We packed this house with as much FUN as we could. Choose from billiards, chess/checkers, vintage arcade, foosball, 4 smart TVs, or hot-tubbing. If you prefer to get those muscles fired up, head down to the fitness room and connect to the provided Bluetooth speaker. There is a treadmill, ball, Ab-roller, delux bench set up, and dumbell set.

Don't forget to wind down outside enjoying the night sky and back deck fire pit. We hope you sleep comfortably on any of the brand new, top rated mattresses.
