Oceanfront Condo with Great Views from 3rd Floor Private Balcony

Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Enjoy your morning meals on the private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. This bright and airy space features a comfortable living area with a TV and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Laminate flooring throughout living area, with carpet in the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location and view were worth the stay! Management company was wonderful to work with. The unit itself is in need of some upgrades. For example, the sofa and chair both need to be replaced; uncomfortable due to condition. With some updated furniture and some TLC inside, the unit would be more appealing to renters and worth the money paid. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

It isn’t the fanciest, but it very adequately met all our needs...clean and comfortable bed, clean towels, little bottle of shampoo and conditioner, coffee pot, stove and a few pots, fridge, etc... the communication was clear via text. No problems. Large porch facing the ocean.

Beautiful beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 317A has absolutely beautiful views of the IOP pier and the beach. The room was equipped with everything we needed. The pullout couch is broke down on one side so it is not comfortable to sleep on at all. I do feel that the furniture does need some updating and I think the livingroom tv should be a little bigger, but that’s it. In no way did either of these things affect the enjoyment of our vacation. I look forward to going again and would book this room again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not as great unit as all the others we stayed before! TVs, No mirrors, no ice and refrigerator leaked! Sofa chair was wobbly but had a great view with nice rocking chairs! They did have a portable ice machine so that told us that they were aware of the bad refrigerator!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to start...this condo needs a complete overhaul. The bed, couch and recliner are in very bad condition. The bed feels like giant bean bag, I know we are in the low country but the recliner and couch don't need to be. When you sit on the couch you sink and its an experience trying to get off it. The recliner in broken. The floor gives and has different patched together floor panels. Also, it's 2024, is this the only unit that doesn't have a keurig? We have rented condo's numerous times with island reality and all other rentals are fantastic. Condo 317A needs some care to be worth the rental cost.

Very Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation Rental is an older place that has been dressed up but you have to climb 45 steps to get the apartment which stinks!!!! The view of the ocean is gorgeous but the we had to cut our vacation short due to unforeseen circumstances and have yet to hear back from the realty company that manages this property. Very disappointed in the whole vaca!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Cabin 317A needs a lot of TLC. It was not our best experience. The owner needs to make some serious updates. The couch is very uncomfortable, and the metal pieces sticking out from the bed are very inconvenient, not to mention painful. Furthermore, how about adding some curtains in the bedroom to prevent the outside light from shining through the blinds? A comforter on the bed would also be nice, as well as lamps that don’t fall apart when used. We don’t recommend this Sea Cabin. We’ve been in other cabins that are more comfortable and visually appealing than 317A. Island Realty is great, but this cabin is in desperate need of some updates.

Good experience, just a few minor things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a very comfortable stay! Right on the end of building A so it wasn't too noisy. The only issues we had were with the TV in the main bedroom, which kept turning off with a loud popping sound every now and then. The bed frame had a long piece of metal jutting out I kept banging my foot on. Everything else worked great, couch was super comfortable and you can't beat the view!

317 could use a little work

Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stays at Sea Cabin and understand these are beach properties, not the Waldorf Astoria. 317 had a few issues which should be addressed. The bedroom light switch is taped so it's unusable, we did not have a towel rack on the wall (in process of being installed while there), bathtub does not drain well, the fire alarm went off intermittently for about 10 seconds during 4 days when inside, and on a few occasions we could detect a sewage odor in the hallway, though it would not last, thankfully. Overall, it's what we expected from beach properties and we enjoyed our stay, but 317 has a few issues which should be addressed.
