Renovated oceanfront condo w/ access to fishing pier and amazing outdoor view

Newly renovated one bedroom oceanfront condo on the third floor that surrounds you with beachy blues and crisp white accents. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Private balcony with stunning ocean views and comfortable outdoor seating! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, granite counter tops, and a decorative back splash. Direct beach access at end of building, close to stairs.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Was there for 4 days and 3 nights

Was a great stay with a wonderful view of the ocean. Was as advertised and extremely satisfied with our stay!! Great communication and plenty of space for what we needed. Will definitely consider again for future stays.

Room with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, freshly updated sitting area and well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor balcony of the beach. We ate every meal at the high topped table for two and when storms rolled in one afternoon we sat on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs and watched the storm clouds blow away.

Needed brighter lights in the bathroom, furniture appeared dirty or just worn out. We covered it with a bed sheet. Outside of Sea Cabins are in need of some maintenance.

Great Location! With everything you need.

It has separated in several spots and one of us tripped because of this. Also the couch had a depression from age that made it interesting to sit on in the evenings, while winding down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen not as well stocked as previous stays at Sea Cabins. Limited dishes. No spices, we left salt and pepper. Previously we have had spices available for modest cooking. View was wonderful and the Island Realty staff were great. We hope to return, but would prefer a different unit. Thank you for asking.

Unit 303!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was overall ok however upon arrival the windows were filthy, sand on the floor, the cabinets had a terrible order. Mind you I've been coming to the Sea Cabins for years and always have a wonderful time!! You ask my opinion and I was truthful. But their sofa bed!!! The bomb my friend stayed in the front room and she too slept like a baby (her words) thank you again for another wonderful time see Y'all next year if not before.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being directly on the beach. Condos have a nice setup and the rental staff is very friendly. I never had to speak to anyone during our stay, but was over a weekend and they are not in the office at that time. The room was clean but really did need to be updated. Much of the metal was rusted (shower rail, toilets paper holder) generally everything in the bath. The fan in the bedroom was extremely loud as was the air conditioner. The carpet and balcony furniture needed help as well. The kitchen was updated and the living room area was in good shape. We had a nice 3 day stay, any longer and I would have called maintenance. I would recommend the complex just maybe not that room

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ducts need cleaning or something as I had allergic reaction the entire time. Probably due to dust unless someone had a pet. The Sofa and chair in the den need replacing. The bedroom set up was not desirable. The bathtub was stopped up and I cleaned out myself. Very disappointed for $300 per night. I would not recommend the Sea Cabin. but Island Realty was great.I’m a Realtor and manage approx 700 doors so I understand if an owner doesn’t want to spend money but their nightly rate should reflect condition.

Not what we were expecting

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the condition of the condo. It had obviously been abused during the busy summer season and not maintained properly. The floor was pealing, everything rusting, lamp shade in the bedroom damaged, dust all over the walls, and just wasn't cleaned thoroughly overall. Some pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the comforters were obviously not washed (we actually went out to purchase some blankets). Also, the bed is very small and not the most comfortable for two adults. The only highlight was being able to see and hear the ocean. The kitchen was as advertised. I hope the owners take the time to get the condo up to the advertised condition!

The Sea Cabin was okay but definitely needed some work done.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was several issues that I feel need to be addressed. The light switch in the kitchen is in need of repair as the plate is falling off. There was very little glassware and the silverware was horrible. The silverware was falling apart and there was only 2 smaller spoons. There was no measuring cups. The coffee pot only made 4 cups which I guess is okay if you’re not really a coffee drinker however I feel there should be a 12 cup one. The refrigerator was leaking water and the ice maker didn’t work The dishes were not clean so I had to rewash them. The TV in the living room was on wide screen therefore cutting off some of the picture and the remote for the actual TV didn’t work so therefore you couldn’t change the picture size. The closet doors kept coming off the track.

Great Beach Stay at Sea Cabins 303A

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Realty as always was very good to deal with. The unit itself is in need of some attention. The furniture is filthy and worn and too large for the space. We covered it with sheets because it was so dirty. The flooring is in need of repair. The coffee pot is one of those little ones so we had to make multiple pots every morning.On the good side, the lanai had relatively new carpet and the furniture was very comfortable.The best part of the unit is the great view!! We enjoy watching all the surfers and people on the beach.The maintenance department is very responsive. The DVD player was not working and they brought another over and installed it the same I that I reported it.I would stay here again for the view.

Great Location and Room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property!! Location was amazing. View from the deck was amazing. My little ones loved the bunk beds! The bedroom bed was very soft and perfect for relaxing sleep! Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and sheets. The room was clean and orderly. We will definitely be back! We had a late check-in and used a lockbox to get our paperwork, which was awesome and easy. The room is a tad dated (floor boards have migrated apart over time so little feet get caught on them, the bedroom fan in very noisy but worked, etc) but everything worked perfectly fine. The property code for the pool, pier, and beach access changes weekly midweek, so be aware you may need to call or text for the updated code.

No ice maker, shower curtain rod is rusty, kitchen light switch is about to come out of the wall , places in flooring looks like it about to come up, dresser in bedroom looks like it came out of the dumpster, tv wiring looks like a rat’s nest, no hairdryer, previous units had one.

The condo itself needs a little work. Some updates could really spruce the place up. The furniture was worn down and dirty and the mattress in the bedroom could definitely be replaced. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this unit! The bed is terrible. There is a piece of foam on the bed so you roll into the middle. Extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Its been like this for a few years. We stayed here before and forgot about this. You would think they could afford a decent mattress. The unit is not maintained well. Needs updating desperately. Floors need to be redone. Cannot use the entire closet because of a piece of furniture in the way. TV does not fit on the desk either. Bathroom sink was clogged. Shower head was awful. The turf on the deck is a mess! the location is good but not worth it. too many options.

The floor was in terrible shape, the sliding door would not open or close without much effort, which we took care of ourselves with some lubricant, the carpet on the balcony is coming up, no ladder to the upper bunk.
