It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

This spacious condo is two stories. The first floor features a living room with cozy furniture and a TV with streaming services. The kitchen is stocked with appliances to make your favorite dishes and the dishwasher adds ease to your vacation. Gather at the dining table or on nice evenings, dine on the screened-in porch. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a king bed and two twins. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub combos. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the river. There is an in-unit washer/dryer.

Five Palms is on the second floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. There is provided parking for 1 car and 1 gate access card. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Five Palms is not pet-friendly. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs.
