Stayed (8) nights at the condo, enjoyed every second of it. Will definitely stay here again. Condo was clean, well equipped with everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, boards, etc.). Both pools are fantastic! The pool across the street by the parking garage is our favorite for the kids. The gas BBQ grills are spotless and easy to use for cooking. The whole resort is great. Everything was great. The condo property manager/owner, Mr. Parrish, communicates with you very well and keeps in touch.

Very clean and great location

Very clean and great location. I was nervous as I had never done a vrbo before but I was able to get a hold of the owner and he answered all of my questions.

2 weeks in paradise

First, my son and I stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful. The price was right, the location was amazing, and the unit was great. However, I was disappointed to arrive and find dirty floors and carpet. Be prepared to buy cleaning supplies. Some of the laundry did not appear clean, and there was lots of food to be swept from under the couches. I contacted the front desk and the owners to make them aware. I was disappointed not to hear from the owner. He had been responding up to this point. I paid a cleaning fee and the people before us did too, I’m sure. In my opinion, I should walk into a very clean space. We swept, mopped, and wiped all services with Clorox wipes. We felt better after this was done. Also, several outlets do not work, and the front bedroom door handle/lock is malfunctioning causing you to get locked in if not left open. I chose not to contact the owner regarding these issues since he ignored my communication regarding cleanliness. That being said, I can’t deny we had the absolute best vacation. The unit could use some improvements, but it did not stop us from thoroughly enjoying ourselves.

We do not have any carpet in the unit, but I will let her know to give more attention cleaning under the sofas. I will refund your cleaning fee. I have replaced the handle in the front bedroom. Fantastic view

This condo was great so close to the beach. The view is breath taking. Robert was so easy to work with. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were well worth it. Thsnks for the memories.

A+++ Communication! Amazing views!

My family and I come to PCB every year, and have for a decade. A condo is a condo for the most part for us, but what I really look for is the communication. Robert couldn’t have been better in this regard. If there was an issue, he was there immediately to help or provide a solution. Goes a long way! Very spacious condo!

Not what I was expecting

First of all, the resort is great. We’ve stayed here for several years and love the location and amenities. This unit was fairly well furnished, it’s nice that it’s at end of the building and the bed was comfy. We arrived late at night and the water was off. I was able to get that taken care of within an hour by going to the front desk and getting the maintenance number. The cleaning was not up to par - some areas looked really clean, but the stove was dirty, there is mold on the ceiling in the hallway, the small bath shower curtain is moldy and stained and needs to be replaced and the master bath has quite a bit of mold and stains on it. Not at all what I expected for the rates that I paid. The dryer was not working. I messaged the owner and he answered several hours later and did provide more towels. But that did not help the fact that I was forced to dry our clothes on the balcony. I had packed light since I knew laundry was available. I understand that sometimes these things happen, but it would have been nice to be notified prior to my arrival and I could have thrown extra clothes in. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible unit, but it was not as advertised.

Great Location on the Beach

This condo had plenty of space for our family of 5. View of the ocean and beach was fantastic. All of the basic supplies were provided. The showers could use a little sprucing up in regards to the moldy caulk. The elevators were fast. We didn't wait more than a couple minutes during our entire stay. This unit is at the very end of the building which is great because it was nice and quiet. The pools and hot tubs were a hit with the kids. There are water sport rentals right outside the condo on the beach. We rented jet skis and parasailed. The restaurant next door, Runaway Island, had great food. We did not have to drive any where. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach this year. The condo was lovely and very spacious. The property (pools etc) where outstanding. The group that handles the beachside chairs were completely outstanding. Loved getting to know them. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

AMAZING STAY

Owners were very nice and super helpful. The location is great there are stores and food across the street not to mention the Starbucks and ice cream parlor in the building. Room was very nice and clean. The pools were amazing as well. I have stayed in many places in PCB but this has FAR been my favorite!

We are already booked for next year! Great condo

We spent 2 months in the condo and loved every minute. You can't beat the view! We saw Dolpins, Stingray and starfish. Emerald Beach is a wonderful resort. This is a beautiful condo. Robert is great to work with. He made sure we were taken care of.

We are Robert and Kelley Parrish, and are blessed with three wonderful children, Trey, Landon and Grant. We live in soutwest Ga., and love to visit the beach. We are both healthcare workers, and nothing is more relaxing than a weekend at the beach after a long week at the hospital. We hope that you come to visit our resort as we would love to share our little piece of heaven with you.

We chose to purchase our condo in this area because of its' proximity to our home and it is quickly becoming an international 'hot spot' of beaches to visit. With the new arrival of the international airport in 2010 and a plethra of places to shop,eat,golf, and many places of local entertainment, PCB is the place to be. The sugar white sand beaches are the most beautiful pristine beaches in the nation. We hope you will come see what everyone else isn't missing.

The building being on the newer resorts has some of the more desired ammenties that older properties don't have. There are three pools, one is heated, and the kiddie pool has waterworks features;hot tub; state of the art work out center ; grills, and some of the best views the beach has to offer. The building is centrally located with many options for dining,shopping, recreation, and general having fun to be had by all ages.
