Emerald Beach Resort Unit 1925 – Open, bright and comfortable 2 bedrooms plus bunk nook.

This condo has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with water and ice maker in the door and is stocked with everything you will need to cook a family dinner or a small breakfast. It offers all the small appliances you would ever want. The bar has seating for four with a dining table that also seats six. The living room has comfortable furniture with a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping, a sliding door to the large balcony, and a large flat screen TV.

The master bedroom features a king bed, its own access to the balcony, and a large flat screen TV. The master bath has a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a separate tub. The guest room has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a standalone arcade game. There are twin over twin bunks in the hall that share the guest bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity and a shower tub combination.

Emerald Beach Resort offers plenty of amenities and direct beach access to have the best vacation. The resort includes multiple outdoor pools, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, grill area, an onsite market, and shuffleboard. The kids will love the lagoon pool that has water park features. You can have a refreshing drink at the tiki bar or have a coffee at the onsite Starbucks!

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

The condo was amazing and the views were unmatched. We loved the convenience of accessing the beach, and the kids loved the pool area. We had a hiccup with someone being in the condo while we were gone to complete work without us knowing but it seemed as though an initial email was lost in translation. When I reached out to question it, it was immediately looked into. We were looking to book already again for same time next year as our family has decided we’d like to make this an annual trip, but the price per night has more than doubled unfortunately. It was a great trip though!

Great Room

This room was great. We all loved the beach vibe it had. The kids loved all the little plagues with all the different beach sayings. Master bedroom bed slept great. 5 stars all around. We love Emerald Beach Resort.

Emerald Beach Condo

We have stayed twice at this condo. It's a very clean, well-kept unit. The Emerald Beach Resort itself is very nice and close to restaurants and beach activities. We highly recommend this unit. My wife's only wish is that the unit adds a Keurig type coffee maker in the future.

LOVED this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at emerald beach & this condo! The only thing I would say should be added to the kitchen would be a Keurig! I don't make pots of coffee since I am the only one in my family that drinks coffee, so it makes it easy to make one cup & the Starbucks on property is always packed and takes so long to get your coffee (during busy season) - Other than that, it was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic condo 10/10

I would definitely stay at this resort in condo 1925 again. Before the trip I was hesitant that the condo was located on the 19th floor and that the balcony wouldn't feel safe but that was not the case, the view is spectacular. We spent every morning watching the dolphins from the balcony. The condo was comfortable for a family with 3 adults and 3 young teens. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. I would only recommend that the owner upgrade their vegetable peeler (xoxo brand works great). I felt Emerald Beach Resort was located in a safe neighborhood. The resort had a good vibe. The staff members we're helpful. The facility was always clean. We were there during the milder spring break week and it was exactly as I expected with it being slightly busier, a lot of families on the beach and car cruising down the street. We had a lot of fun at this resort.
