The Space:
This is the full private Apartment 4 configuration with two bedrooms, three queen beds, one bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen. Stairs are required from the shared lobby.
Guest Access:
Enter through the shared main-house lobby, take the stairs, and find private Apartment 4 on the left. The same current reservation credential is intended for both mapped smart locks. The exterior-stair door is emergency exit only.
The Neighborhood:
Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.
Portland isn't just for foodies; the vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.
Getting Around:
The property is between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, with shops, dining, and transit nearby. Routes, schedules, rideshare waits, parking availability, and airport travel times can change; check live trip information. There is no reserved guest parking—use public curb spaces only where current signs allow it.
Other Things to Note:
Stairs are required. Keep the emergency-exit route clear and do not use the exterior-stair door as an entrance. The lobby and Apartment 4 are separate smart locks.
Wi-Fi is shared across the property and performance is not guaranteed. Shared basement laundry is not in the apartment. TV viewing uses guest-owned streaming accounts. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
