Nestled in the Firebird Townhome complex and just a 3-minute walk from the coast, this beautifully updated 2BR/2.5BA Townhome offers a delightful beach getaway.

Enjoy a sunset strolling on the beach with your pet. We allow one dog 30lbs or under. So bring the entire family and make some memories.

Downstairs:
Living Area - Comfortable Seating, cable TV, Free Wireless Internet.
Dining Room- Seating for 4 at table and 2 at breakfast bar
Kitchen - Fully equipped, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. all kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, baking needs, plates and glasses.
Laundry Room- Full size washer and dryer in a spacious laundry room
Powder Room - half restroom
Back Patio - Charcoal Grill, table and chairs.

Upstairs:
Master Bedroom #1- Queen size bed, private restroom, Flat Screen TV
Master Bedroom #2 - 2 Double size beds and private restroom

This Beach Getaway is just minutes from:
The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grande Mall, golf courses, miniature golf, great shopping, fabulous restaurants, unique shows, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, State Parks, and miles and miles of beautiful beaches. The beach, miniature golf, many restaurants and stores are all within walking distance!

For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 directly in front of the townhome entrance.

Other things to Note:
This property does not allow smoking of any kind.
Pet friendly for 1 dog under 30lbs with a paid pet fee of $100.00.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Guests are permitted 2 parking passes with one assigned parking spot.
Non-assigned parking is first come first serve.
This community does not allow trailers or golfcarts.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Conveniently Located!

Place was not the cleanest upon arrival and a few things were broken, but it was a really nice place and hosts communicated well. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our family’s vacation. We were traveling with our two teenagers and our dog and this spot was exactly what we needed! Check in and check out was a breeze! And it was a perfect walking distance from the beach! I wish that the 21st St., South beach access had been open, but it was under construction at the time that we were there, but the next closest public beach access wasn’t too bad of a walk. Be sure to check with the owner or look in the outdoor closet before buying boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, or sand toys. Most of those things were there and available to us - we wouldn’t have bought our own boogie boards had we known that lol!Thanks for a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the cleanest that we have had over the years we have been renting here. The new flooring makes it so much easier to clean. We were denied key access to the Grand Atlantic. Maybe this should not be advertised as an option. Looking forward to next year health and conditions permitting

Leaves some to be desired

The stay was lacking. We arrived to no beds being made. All linens and towels are in plastic packages. Apparently, they began that practuce during Covid. After a long day of travelling, it is a hassle to have to make three beds when you arrive. The pillows in the master bedroom were completely flat and one had holes in it. There were no hand soaps in the bathrooms. No toaster in the kitchen. We were never able to get any of the tvs to work. And the A/C was not working and was not fixed until the second evening of our stay. It was very difficult to get a response from the property manager before we arrived (I messaged several times asking about a coffee maker). Once checked in, we messaged about no soap and the A/C. Management was not prompt in replying, but did eventually respond. Apparently, a welcome bag should have been left with soaps, but was not. The A/C was eventually fixed and they said they would refund us two days of lodging. However, what the receipt showed as a daily rate and what they refunded did not match. They explained that other fees were included in the daily rate, which they did not refund us for. Overall, the location is close to the beach. The property is spacious. However, the management is not good and the property is dated and not well kept. We were disappointed with our visit and would not stay here again.

This property exterior was not as well kept as the next street over. Area vibe seemed to vary street by street. Arrived to 1 foot high weeds on Saturday apparently Monday is grass day. I’ve never been to Myrtle beach before so can’t say much on area. Just not used to people dropping trash, bottles etc. on ground and not caring. We were there for a baseball tournament for the week. 5 minute walk to the beach was convenient. The property was dog friendly so that was nice. There is construction currently going on across the street and is relatively quiet considering. Though seems to be common to just throw bulk trash like toilet and furniture out to curb. Overall it was okay for the price but if I would stay way up in north myrtle beach where there is more of a onsite property management situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, the house is good, just the cleaning that was not too good, baseboards, behind door and underneath of beds was dirty. Shower head of the master bedroom need be replaced, and sink look like need some drain cleaning (water take too longer to go away) other than that, we loved the house.

We had a wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse we rented for our weeks stay in Myrtle beach was fabulous. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We had everything we needed (except a pair of scissors, LOL). The cookware was really nice and heavy duty. There was a patio for bar-b-quing and relaxing after a long day at the beach. We had 6 people with us and the townhouse had more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. I felt very safe as the beach was not overcrowded. I would go again and rent this townhouse in a heartbeat. People who complain that myrtle beach is unsafe, especially the south end near the airport are wrong. Myrtle beach is like any other city. You just need to be cautious like anywhere else. The dining room had 4 chairs so we brought 2 of our own. The property management team was great! We had a little snafew with the keys and they promptly came over and let us in. Then they gave us a discount for our trouble. The customer service was exceptional!

Would not stay

The company was very nice on the phone and helpful but when we arrived at this townhome was very dirty and I didn't feel comfortable with my family staying here . Me and my husband ended up getting a hotel for 2 days and then leaving south Carolina and just went to flordia . The good thing is the company did refund our money but we had to wait a long time to get a hold of someone

This guest called with their concerns and we called them back very promptly. They made us aware of a used beer can/cup on the back patio and some pet hair that they found in their pet friendly unit. We offered to correct the issues right away and let them know we could have it done that night, but they declined and instead requested a refund. They were given a full refund immediately and left the unit that same night. This guest was offered remedies for the 2 issues that they presented to us, they were given a full refund within minutes of calling us and requesting it, and they were in the unit for less than 2 hours. We're not sure why they reviewed so poorly. This beautiful townhome is well taken care of by it's owners and has had many happy guests!

The newest couch and love seat are so much nicer than the ones bought just two years ago. We have booked for next year and look forward to our visit government and healthy safety permitting. Only issue we have was the cleanliness of the unit. We managed to clean it taking nearly a month working an hour or two a day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property can use some serious updates. Dishwasher has a missing wheel so every time you pull out bottom rack, it falls. Dryer sounds like it is on it’s last leg. Kitchen cabinets can use a deep cleaning. Ceiling fan in guest bedroom sounds like it’s ready to fly off the ceiling. Very generous with the towels, however the beds and pillows are very old. There are only 2 pillows per bed. There were extra pillows in the closet but no extra pillow cases. Outside area of the whole complex needs some Ground maintenance. Proximity to the beach is very convenient. Really great to have 2.5 bathrooms.

Thank you for your review and recommendations The condo has had new flooring and furniture within the past year. We have replaced all of the pillows and will look at the dishwasher roller, ceiling fan and dryer. A deep clean will be performed on the property. Please know, if there is ever an issue we will address the issue while you are in town. I understand sometimes guests do not want to be bothered. We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described! We did experience a slight problem with a roach and a spider, but the exterminator came that Friday. The owner left a lot of “extra” things on the porch; such as a boogie board and a baby pool for our doggie. There were plenty of towels and dishes included. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. This property met our needs and accepted our puppy, with no problems. There were a lot of rules and stipulations, but nothing that was too extreme. We wished check out time was around 11 because with everything that had to be completed in the home, along with packing, it doesn’t give you a lot of time to get things in order. We would definitely stay here again! Overall, it was everything we expected and more! Thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. Front glass door broken, would not shut, floor tile cracked, furniture worn out, Had to use bed pillows on sofa so I wouldn't sink down. Stair lights not working, 1 toilet did not flush, dirty under beds. Looked like everything was bought at the Dollar Store ie shower curtains, paper products, furniture etc. Managment company was way out of the way to get and return keys. Left early.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay, as that is not up to our normal standards. We would have rectified any issues while you were in town if we would have known, The Storm door's tension rod was replaced, the light bulb as replaced at the stairway, the toilet lift chain was re-attached. We do supply our guests with a welcome pack of one toilet tissue per restroom, a paper towel roll, trash bags in each trash can, kitchen towels, sample soaps for the restrooms to get you started. Our office is located 10 miles from the property on Hwy 501, the main Hwy into Myrtle Beach. We did find a few tiles were cracked and a gash in the wall upon this guests check out. These items were repaired. The living room furniture was replaced. We also found out the guest brought 2 dogs with them. The pets were not approved and a pet fee was not paid.
