Guest Access:
Walk down the driveway along the right side of the colorful house to the rear patio. Use the white back door; the physical key lockbox is mounted to the left. The fixed code is shown only in the secure guest portal. The upper home and front entrance are not included.
The Neighborhood:
The home is on SE Division near restaurants, cafes, shops, and neighborhood services.
Getting Around:
Parking is on public streets only, first-come and subject to posted signs and restrictions. Do not park in the property driveway.
Other Things to Note:
There is no on-site parking for this lower unit; the driveway is reserved for the upper home. Use public street parking and check posted signs. The property is directly on SE Division, so street noise and sound from the upper home may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
