• Daily resort fee: $22+ tax per night
• Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 accidental damage waiver is required for each reservation and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage to the rental property. To qualify, damage must be reported to Provident before checkout.
The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.

The location was great and the view from the condo was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The layout of the condo is good.

Overall good property at great location. However, the small letters in the listing confused me. it says few times that all fees included but then extra fees are charged. also, in small letters they mention the ocean view is not guaranteed, while the listing name is Ocean suite. next time i would pick a property without such notes.

We were originally put in a unit that was horrible and not the bed configuration we had booked. So we got another unit and it was a difference of day and night. The furnishings in the first looked like something from a thrift shop and dirty as well. The second unit was wonderful so if you book here you will be taking a chance on getting a dump or a nicely outfitted unit.

This was a great place to stay! Check in and check out was very easy and we even got in our room early. The pool was very nice the beach was nice but there was a lot of seaweed. Very relaxing stay and felt very safe the whole time. There is security driving around the whole time and a guard gate.
