A stones throw from downtown Palm Springs, this 3 bedroom 2 bath Spanish Style home has everything you could ever want for an amazing stay. Original hacienda style house totally remodeled in 2024 has a dream of a chefs kitchen with all amenities, large lit mirrors in bathrooms, marble heated floors and showers in the bathrooms, new deluxe comfortable king and queen beds in a killer location. Hi speed Fiber internet and dedicated office for work while playing. Beautiful distinctive furnishings and art from our travels.
Enjoy a languid sunny day swimming in the pool under an ancient olive tree. Relax after a day of shopping or a night of clubbing in the large hot tub. The pool is heated for an extra charge. There are lots of outside dining amenities, so you can enjoy romantic nights under Moroccan lights hung in the olive trees outside. Grill a steak on the outside patio, dine under Moroccan lanterns for dinner or take a ride in the golf cart to local restaurants. This place is a gem! The house is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and then some). The location is great, and the views from the front patio are gorgeous. The pool completely set the tone — total Palm Springs relaxation mode. Would happily stay here again...Tammara was the best..

This house was exactly what we needed for our Palm Springs trip. The property was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area is stunning, the pool and hot tub were pristine and made our stay incredibly relaxing. Great host and very communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an eclectic desert jewel! We loved our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms look newly remodeled and are emmaculate and beautiful. The little details of exotic lighting and exceptional pieces of artwork combine with functional, gorgeous furnishings to make this an exceptional home. The backyard is a peaceful, relaxing oasis. Tammara responded immediately to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Property was just as we expected and true to the description/photos. Really fun layout, great kitchen, dining and living areas. Beds were all comfy. Bathrooms spotless and generous in size and feel. I used the lap pool very day and the pool and hot tub were the main point of activities when our son and his family arrived. The location is excellent - we walked to so many wonderful restaurants and the downtown area. We will definitely be back.

Host was very welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped. Linens and towels were plentiful. All in all the unit was quite functional. Unit was close to downtown, which was nice.Two downsides: The unit gets very little sun, especially in January when we were here. The front room where everyone tended to gather was very dark. The unit is an old converted cottage, which I would guess explains the lack of sunshine. My wife and I found ourselves a little depressed after spenidng one week in the house. 2nd, the pool. The host apparently controls the pool temperatures. As seniors we never found the pool welcoming. It was always too cold,especially in Janaury. The hosts remote's temp data was always 2-3 degrees less than we recorded.The pool was not heated until late morning, eliminating early pool time and the heat was turned off at 5:00 eliminating an evening swim. We spent a total of 10 minutes in the pool during a 7 day stay. We would have turned the temp higher, but could not control it as the host apparently remotly controls it. We paid for use of th unit, which shoud include the pool. We additinally pai extra for heating the pool. Heating the pool should be treated just like the house interio temp - the renter has control over that. I can't imigane our extra payment did not cover the exra heating bill and even if it did not woulhave been willing to pay more to be able to use it. As it turned out, it was wasted daily money to try to have the pool heated. Very disappointing.

Comfortable home close to downtown

This place has been tastefully updated while maintaining the original character of the home. Beds were super comfy, beautiful bathrooms with marble tile. In a quiet neighborhood. A nice bonus was a desk area and fast WiFi which made remote work easy. Tammara was super responsive with questions we had on check in. One thing to note: the layout of this place is a little quirky. 3rd bedroom is landlocked and has a window that opens onto the desk area, so not very private. It didn’t worry us, but might not work for others.We’d definitely stay here again.

A Gem in the Desert

We LOVED this property! Located within easy walking distance to much of downtown and southern end of Palm Springs. Neighborhood is quiet, parking on the street is ample. Felt very safe. House is recently updated, nicely decorated, comfortable but eclectic aesthetic, kitchen and baths very well-appointed (I hate rentals with poorly equipped kitchens). The backyard is a private oasis! We loved the hot tub, lights in the trees at night and while we did not use the pool it is small but very nice and immaculately maintained. Tammara, our host, was an excellent communicator, fast responder and had lots of great tips about Palm Springs. Thank you Tammara…we will be back!

Great Stay! Lovely home

Newly redone Spanish Casita was perfect for a quick stay with the fam. Was bigger than the pictures! Great Kitchen, lots of amenities, Great Beds- premium bedding, Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Wonderful Bathrooms with lots of towels. I liked that there was an office for me to catch up on emails, etc. Rode our bikes to local restaurants which was fun. Nice touch was the chandelier in the tree over the table. We had coffee there in the morning. Tammara was a really helpful host. Lots of local tips and good info on the house. We would stay there again.

Love This Place!

This property is truly a gem. My wife and I really needed a R&R break and this place did the trick perfectly. Quiet, yet close enough to the action if we wanted to get out. The house is newly remodeled so it was sweet. Very stylish furnishings. Had everything we could ever need. Sparkling clean. Kitchen fully outfitted (although we followed a lot of Tammara’s suggestions and ate out a lot). The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. The en suite bathroom had one of those fully lit huge mirrors which my wife loved …. and heated marble floors!. But the cherry on top was the hot tub and pool which we made ample use of. Every evening we got in at sunset and watched as the sky turned pink and the magical Moroccan style lights which hung in an ancient olive tree by the pool lit up. They sparkled in the tree. Very romantic. Lots of humming birds flitting around in the morning as we had our coffee out front. One of the great things about this place was that it is located on a quiet street, but is relatively close to the Palm Springs nighttime and shopping. While we didn’t walk, we could have taken a 20 minute stroll to the main drag if we weren’t so lazy. And the price was right compared to a lot of others we looked at. All in all a perfect weekend. Tammara is a great host and had lots of information she shared to make the stay wonderful. We will definitely be back!

This gorgeous safe neighborhood is a lovely mix of tranquility with humming birds flitting around and trees shading the road, yet it's close to the action in Palm Springs and the wonderful shops and nightlife Palm Spring provides. We have a cute golf cart you can tool around in to explore the neighborhood which you can access for an additional fee.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This 3 bedroom Spanish bungalow is a warm mix of old world architecture, yet it has been completely updated in 2024 with new kitchen and bathrooms. Saltillo tile through out keeps it warm, the heated marble tiles in the bathroom make it cozy on chilly nights (which are few). Lots of outdoor dining options from under the chandelier hung in the tree in the front to the Morrocan lanterns under the olive tree in the back. The pool is long so perfect for the swimmers among you with a very private backyard. Hot tub use is free, if you would like pool heated, it is $75 per day. Contact me for info.For pets: We charge a one time fee of $100 for 3 days, thereafter it is $40 per day. I can adjust for longer stays with discussion. One pet only. We do have some rules for pets:, which I will share if you desire.
