HOME LAYOUT: - First Floor: Walking into the home, there is an Open concept Living Room 1 with TV, AC and Fireplace (decorative only). The Bright Dining Area and Kitchen are bright and open including an island for extended seating and a Powder Room. Fully Enclosed by Windows, the Porch offers an Extended Living Room 2 with sofa, Office area (includes W/D), and French Doors leading to the Backyard. - Second Floor: Bedroom 1 with AC, Bedroom 2 with AC and a Furnished Balcony overlooking the Backyard, Shared Full Bathroom. - Third Floor: Additional Living Area 3 with loft sofa bed, TV, AC and Private Work area.
KITCHEN: - Calling all foodies! This kitchen is fully equipped: - Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove oven combo, built-in microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle. - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, and complimentary coffee/tea for your coffee and tea lovers! - Comfy island perfect for Chef’s Night and casual gatherings!

SECURITY: - No interior cameras—your privacy is our priority. - 2 Exterior cameras are turned on at all times for the safety of Guests, Security of the Home as well as for deliveries and vendor tracking.

• HOUSE RULES • PETS: This property is pet-friendly upon approval.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10AM. We do allow late check-outs for an additional fee of $50 per half hour. We schedule cleaning ahead of time so all unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
SMOKING: We do not allow smoking / vaping inside the property. There is a smoking fine of $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property. You may smoke on the exterior side of the home. Please make sure to clean up after yourself.
NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 11PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible immediate eviction with no refund.
DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. Please be aware of red Wine and Oils anywhere inside and outside of the home. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be invoiced possibly up to $1000 or more. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
All of the plumbing is in perfect working order in the home, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guests are responsible for all costs associated.
Please do not disconnect or adjust the TV’s. If TV is not working after guest checks out $140 will be invoiced for IT/TV service repairman.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Large Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited unless Approved prior to arrival.
PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes unless Approved prior to Arrival.
• ADDITIONAL NOTE • Booking guest must be over the age of 25
If any of the rules are not followed you will lose all your funds and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
•WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR POOL AND AMENITIES• Guests understand that there are safety risks that may be involved in using a BBQ. In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities to any guests at the home and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the home amenities.

We had such a great stay! The host had great communication and answered all our questions! The fenced in backyard was awesome for our kids and dog. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more!

Wonderful location and beautiful space!
The renovations were amazing- the house is so bright, warm, and spacious. We especially loved the upstairs outside deck, and the sunroom space, and the location was perfect.
The dishes and pots and silverware weren't clean- but we ran everything through the dishwasher, so that worked out.
The hosts were super helpful and responsive- and the bottle of wine was so nice!

Besties Reunion in Modern Vintage Home
We had a wonderful time at Forevergreen, a modern, stylish and cozy vintage home in a peaceful area. From the comfy duvet covered beds to the modern kitchen and bath, we so enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect space for a besties catchup. The wild deer & nature preserve nearby as well as the bay made this a relaxing retreat. A short drive to the town of Westhampton and its beaches was rejuvenating. We walked the ocean, explored the town’s beachy shops and ate a great lunch. Lauren was a wonderful host, she was super helpful in our interactions and we appreciated and enjoyed the chilled wine left for us upon arrival.

Nice welcome to have a bottle of wine on arrival! Being end of November, the downstairs warmed up perfectly. The upstairs stayed chilly so probably nicer to stay in warmer months to also have full use of the outer sitting room and the outdoors. The kitchen/dining area is fine but could be equipped with a few more basic items like a small/medium cook pot and small/medium drinking glasses for water or juice. Other suggestions for convenience is a small toaster and basic hairdryer too. Still, overall a lovely and roomy space to relax.
