this home checks off many boxes. 1. Good nights sleep - each room has its own HVAC. 2. Location - if you value being in town and just steps from your morning coffee, this is the best location ever. easy walk to the beach. great launch point to everything on the eastern part of Long Island. 3. nicely appointed - not sure if these folks lived in the proeprty at one time, but they did a great job with the remodel - everything feels first rate. some vacay properties feel a little sterile - this place is the opposite - big time warm vibes. Loren was super accommodating and easy to reach. Our family would not stay anywhere else for future visits to Westhampton Beach.

Great family spot!

Couldn’t have been a better spot for my family to stay! The place had everything we needed to make it a very comfortable stay including toys and games in the kids room to keep them occupied. The house also had everything needed to host extended family for a family dinner. The location was perfect being close to town so we were able to walk to town for coffee and the park before a day at the beach. Loren was very communicative and stayed in touch with us! Would love to go back again!!

An early summer family get-together

This is a wonderful, well-provisioned home, supported by local owners who can problem-solve if needed. It’s an exactly 1-mile walk/drive to the extraordinary beach, and is but steps to the appealing village, itself with many food and dining options. The house has great communal spaces and gets great light. Highly recommended.

Cute home near all

Nice cottage-like property walking distance to quaint Main Street with good restaurants and stores; can bike or walk to closest beach, just down the road. But would be a good 15 minute walk at least. Also Short walking distance (a few blocks) to sweet marina where there are kayaks in-season. Close to aquarium, quogue wildlife preserve, The Big Duck landmark/store and other beaches. Great location for family trip. Cottage is roomy inside with large front property and small open backyard: perfect for a dog walk or run if dog is safe off leash.

Charming Westhampton Cottage

We chose this house because of its location to attend a family wedding on Dune Road. Little did we know that it was a short 5-minute walk to town, which had great shops and quaint eateries. The house was perfect for my immediate family. The bedrooms were comfy, house was very clean and the main floor area very open, but cozy. After walking to dinner one night to meet up with extended family, we all returned to the house to catch up, as we were all staying in different places. The sunroom was a favorite spot to sit and chat. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there as well. The first night we arrived we had a deer visit us in the driveway and she stayed there grazing for about 20 minutes. The owner Loren was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. If my travels take me back to the Hamptons, I would love to stay there again.

Terrific in town cottage and bike to the sea!

10 beach lane in Westhampton is truly a vacation for all age groups. Our family got together here and enjoyed the closeness to town, and gorgeous Westhampton beach, but went fishing and visited the wineries. We saw Montauk lighthouse an had a great seafood dinner at Greenport on the sound. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, but still plenty of things to do if you want. The host is fabulous 😊

Sisters Weekend

My five sisters and I met up for a long weekend at this property. We were actually running a half marathon on Saturday in Southampton and were looking for something closer to the race but this property was perfect for us in terms of a sleeping and gathering space. Not to mention it is only a one-minute walk to Main Street with all the wonderful shops and restaurants and about a one-mile comfortable walk in the other direction to the water where we spent time flying kites, walking on the beach, and generally just having a blast. The house is so close to all of these amenities yet it still seems very intimate and quiet. Loren was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. He recommended restaurants to us and even sent a text to us during our stay when he noticed that a popular place just opened for the season. We went to many of them and would go back to every one of them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this place - we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Cute home perfect locale

Spent the weekend at adorable home for girks weekend. Plenty of space to hang out comfortably, nice bedrooms & 2 baths one up one down. Sunny balcony & outside table. Easy communication with host. Perfect location to walk into town & to beach. Easy drive to other areas in Hamptons. Would stay here again if returning to the area.

Beautiful, large Westhampton Beach's downtown house

The property is clean, centrally located, and about 20 minute easy walk to the beach. Very well stocked home with anything you might need. The furnishings and decor are very nice and updated. Not far from South and East Hampton.

Work Vacation

Lovely home to hang out in. Clean, bright, sunny. Easy walk/bike to town and bike/car to beach. Our only surprise was that there is no back yard. This was not a problem for us, but could be with young children or pets because of busy road. The front yard is lovely. We'd rent again!

Excellent Property to explore the Hamptons

Owners were super easy to communicate with. House was just as pictured and presented. We loved being able to walk to town for a morning coffee or evening ice cream. Walk to beach was nice but driving was easier as we wanted to use chairs and being a cooler. We walked to a kayak rental - super close and they were friendly. Will return!

A wonderful home in a perfect location!

Great house.....walking distance into town.....biking distance to beach. Hosts were amazing. Provided a detailed document listing restaurants, things to do, etc. Also provided beach walk-in passes. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely Stay in Westhampton Beach

Our family of 5 had such a great trip! The location of the house is IDEAl. The walk into town is 2-3 minutes. We went in for icecream nearly every night. Getting to the beach is also a breeze. The house itself is welcoming, nicely decorated yet still kid friendly. We enjoyed several family meals outside and made use of the gas grill. Loren was an excellent host. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. Honestly there was nothing missing from our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Quick Vacation with Friends

Property was very clean and true to the listing posted on VRBO. Walking distance to Westhampton Main Street was very convenient, you will need a bike or car to get to the beach and parking is limited. Overall, great spot for a quick vacation, very friendly and accommodating property manager.
