Step into a world where every corner is designed for delight and relaxation from, the game room to the backyard oasis. The kitchen, a chef's dream, is fully stocked.

We'd like to ask you to please observe our house rules. Maintaining good relationships with our neighbors is important and helps us continue hosting future guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. Thank you for your understanding.

Hot Tub Rules & Safety:
- No lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
- Adult supervision for children under 18 years old is required when using hot tub
- Hot Tub must be turned OFF after each use and after checkout. Fines incur if found on after checkout

$1000 fine will incur if any of the following are violated:
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping of any kind or use of illicit substances
- No parties or events (i.e. bachelor/bachelorette stays)
- Any noise complaints from our neighbors will incur a one-time warning. Any additional complaint will result in early termination of your stay with no refund and the aforementioned fine
- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am
- No extra or overnight guests unless specifically discussed with hosts. Additional fees apply

Additional House Rules:
- No mail/package delivery to property. Please send to local pick-up locations
- Park in designated parking areas - 2 spots in front of the garage, and maximum 2 cars on the street
- Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
- No loud noise or music past 9 PM
- No Shoes inside the property
- No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
- No Unplugging of electronics like TVs, wifi routers, Camera modules, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc

House Maintenance:
- Monday: Hot Tub maintenance and Landscaper - they will enter via the outside gate and never inside the house. Notify us if you would like for this service to be rescheduled during your stay.
- Monday: Trash collection - we will come by to return receptacles to designated areas

Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Property Disclosures:
We have six, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard patio which record video and audio of live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway that actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are violated. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
