Please note that no camping trailers and/or motor homes to be parked on the property
If you plan to trailer a boat, ATV, or snowmobile please inform us prior to booking so we can inform you of where to park these types of vehicles during your stay
No use of any recreational vehicles on the property at anytime during your stay – please inquire how to access trails in the Baddeck area.

Bell Bay Golf Course Booking Procedure (New for 2025 and all subsequent years):

• Each condo guest will have a maximum 7-day booking window prior to their desired tee time (ie: should a guest book 10 days, 2 weeks or a month out from intended tee time, privileges (free golf) will not be extended….booking can be made anytime within 7 days of the associated tee time right up to the hour of. This is the same policy that all regular golf club members abide by and safeguards paying guests appropriate access). For short notice bookings while in Cape Breton, Guests are heavily encouraged to book online rather than drop in at the course. This also will ensure the golf course personnel can confirm proper reservations are in place prior to your arrival at the course.

• All reservations must be made online via Chrono Golf (https://www.bellbaygolfclub.com/book-a-tee-time/ ) or via the Chrono Golf App and require a credit card on file. This is and has been a current policy among current user groups. The main green fee's and power cart rental costs will not be charged to your credit card as long as this process is followed.

• Guests must include their rented condo unit number and the names of all associated players when booking in the “NOTES” section of green fee reservation. Matching this detail with the booking information of the property allows for confirmation and a seamless check in.

• Bookings are subject to the golf course's normal cancellation policy, course rules and regulations as found on the Bell Bay Golf Course website.

Surcharges

• Each player will incur a $25CAD + tax booking surcharge per green fee booking. The green fee charged will remain at $0.

• For those utilizing cart privileges, an additional $5 + tax surcharge per player per round will apply. The cart rental will remain at $0.

• All booking surcharges will be calculated and payable at check-in at the Pro Shop.

Important Reminders

• Rounds booked via ChronoGolf in excess of the 7-day booking window will have the full paying green fee applicable, and privileges will not be extended. Replay rounds on the same day can not be confirmed until the first round is complete as has been our policy for all member and user groups.
