Find the perfect escape with plenty of space for your entire family to relax and reconnect. Enjoy your own private 8' x 23' dock and wake each day to breath-taking views from Upper and Lower decks over-looking Lake LBJ and the HSB Yacht Club.

Beautifully decorated and renovated Tri-level town home awaits your arrival with two living areas to allow your family to spread out and relax. Wall mounted flat screen TV's with cable, DVD players and high-speed wireless internet on all levels. The lake level living area opens onto your private deck and boat dock and offers a relaxing retreat from the heat with a large screen tv, soda fridge, wine fridge, bar sink, granite counters, a full bathroom and full-size washer and dryer making it easy to enjoy lake level living at its best! The main level has dining and living areas, kitchen, pantry and of course another bathroom. The Kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms with granite counter tops, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Keurig and fully stocked cabinets. The main floor living room offers access out to an upper outside deck furnished with patio furniture, a Traeger grill and million dollar wide lake views. The Upper Level has two bedrooms, each with full baths. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and twin bunk beds.

Should you require additional room for family, friends, weddings, or reunions, we are happy to help you connect with neighboring town homes if needed.

Local activities/nearby attractions:

Full water sport rentals (pontoon boats, ski boats, jet skis, tubes, etc.) are 5 minutes away. Four wheeling rentals are within 20 minutes. Horseshoe Bay is 45 minutes Northwest of Austin, "the live music capital of the world" which now also hosts Formula 1 racing and even more live music (if possible). There are extraordinary wineries nearby as the Texas Hill Country wine region is the second largest in the Country. San Antonio (River Walk) is a 90 minute drive. If you want a big water park Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels is a 60 minute drive. There is a public golf course and tennis courts located about a 20 minute drive from the property.

A real vacation

We came for the eclipse, but that wasn't the only great view. Looking out over the lake was so relaxing. The three levels gave us space to be private and space to be together. Loved it.

Great getaway

This was our second time to stay here. The condo is in a great location and has everything needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We took our boat and it was nice to have a place right out of the back door to tie up to that is assigned and not first come first serve. I would definitely recommend staying here. We plan on going back again

Great location for family with young kids!!

This is our second time staying here and definitely wonā€™t be our last! Number one reason why we loved staying here is because the water is so close! The kids can just jump right in without having to walk a very far distance. Another reason is the water level next to the dock is low enough for the kids to be able to walk around and find ā€œtreasuresā€ and tiny fish!! The lily pad that the owners provide kept our kids entertained for hours!

This is our 2nd time to stay in this wonderful condo! Wonderful boat dock! Itā€™s very spacious and has the best view of the lake. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing time here! We felt so comfortable and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. Mike made it so easy and provided super helpful recommendations and tips. The outdoor deck was awesome and the seating was great - perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake views. We really appreciated Mike letting us use the paddleboard, water mat, and floating seats. He has plenty of life jackets too. The area that the condo is in is super nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around the gorgeous resort area and homes. There was plenty of free parking right out front. We really loved this area and our trip as a whole, so we definitely hope to rent this condo again soon.

Weekend Getaway

Great house in a great location next to HSB resort. Perfect size for a small group. Views are outstanding, well maintained and fantastic communication with owner. We had so much fun and will be back.

The million dollar view!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful townhouse. The view was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable. The layout was vey spacious. It was nice to have 2 separate living areas and 4 full bathrooms. All three levels had a bathroom(s). Loved having a large pantry to store all of our food in. The check in/check out process was so easy! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property and location

This place was great for our family! We are a family of 5, kids are 11, 9 and 4. Having the dock so we could tie up our jet skis was great and the kids were able to play in the water near the dock area. We love that there is a no wake zone in front of the property we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. The owners have labeled everything Which made finding things in the kitchen so easy! We will definitely be booking here again.

Great get-away

This was the perfect get-away. Mike was the best host ever, making sure to communicate everything we would need to know. Everything was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, the views were great, and the location was ideal for going to the resort, playing the putting course, or renting jet skis. I might need to make this an annual weekend retreat!

Perfect lakefront vacation spot!!

Love everything about this property. Perfect set up for a family, beautiful lake views and right on the water! Enjoyed having access to a paddle board and dock for our boat. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and close location to all the resort amenities. Mike and Evelyn were great hosts, easy to communicate with for questions and canā€™t wait to stay here again!!

Loved our second stay

This place is just lovely. The views are unbeatable, and the location is great. We stayed here last summer and couldn't wait to come back a second time. The townhome has everything you need, and the hosts are very nice and responsive. We highly recommend it and look forward to saying there again.

Beautiful views of lake from all three levels of the condo!

We stayed for a week so that our daughters could visit from a nearby camp in Marble Falls. Wanted a place with a boat slip and plenty of room. Was so nice to walk out the back door only a few feet to our boat. Mike and Evelyn's condo is so nice and comfortable, felt like it was our own. We used the water toys, loved having the Traeger grill as we cooked most of our meals. I have rented many places and it always comes down to the people. Mike and Evelyn were the greatest host's, just a text away for a quick question and very graceous and acccomidating. We are already planning our next trip for my birthday. Highly recommend!
