This single-level lakefront home is designed for relaxed Hill Country living with wide views of Lake Marble Falls.



The open living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together and face the water, with large windows that bring in natural light and lake views throughout the day. Just outside, the expansive deck is perfect for morning coffee, grilling, or watching the sunset over the lake.



The home features three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a convenient half bath, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.



Direct lake access makes it easy to launch kayaks or enjoy time by the water right from the property. Large windows and outdoor seating areas are positioned to take in the lake views throughout the day.



Located in Cottonwood Shores, the home offers a quiet and private setting while still being just minutes from Marble Falls restaurants, wineries, golf courses, and other Hill Country attractions.

It is an awesome place to stay on the lake. We had everything we need and the space is huge for the 4 of us. Close enough to Marble Falls to explore and eat but also great restaurants in Cottonwood Shores like the Bay View.Furthermore, Bob is a great host will respond right away to your questions and needs. We had a great 4 night stay and will definitely recommend his place to friends. We will be back again.

The views out the back door are beautiful, watching the deer play, was peaceful. There are so many things to do in Marble Falls and only an hour from Austin, makes a good day trip. For kids there is putters and gutters. Bob is a great host, and all the extras he provides are just a bonus.

Very nice and relaxing area. House was great, clean and very comfortable. Excellent communication with host. No issues at all. Well supplied with anything you might need. He even left everything to make homemade pizza, ice cream and cotton candy. Will definitely rent again when we go back to Marble falls area.

Owner met us at check in and showed us around. Nice property right on the river. Property had lots of little things for families already on site like kayaks, games, cotton candy maker, etc… Primary bed is adjustable, sun room is great in the spring. We enjoyed our stay.

Mr. Bob is the host with the most! Kind, informative, warm, and inviting... Mr. Bob gave us a wonderful walk through and having the cotton candy machine, ice cream maker, and pizza oven with supplies on hand were a gold star for my son. He ate cotton candy immediately . The corn to feed the deer, the kayaks and life jackets... All of it made the trip a great memory for my son's 13th bday. The location and sun room and back patio make a serene and relaxing vibe that can not be truly explained.

Unfortunately, the residence is not a true vacation home; it appears to be a primary residence. We had to cancel and leave the next day, and lose our money. Did not get to do the things that were offered.

I was surprised by this review, as my interactions with Kim during check-in and the following morning were very positive. I personally met her at the home, showed her around the property, and provided recommendations for local places to visit and enjoy during her stay. After storms moved through the area that evening, I also reached out the next morning simply to advise caution around the lake due to stronger water currents. At no point during the stay was any concern or issue communicated to me. Had I been made aware that she was unhappy or uncomfortable for any reason, I would have done everything possible to address the situation — including offering a refund. I honestly wish I knew specifically what she was referring to, as nothing was brought to my attention during the stay. In fact, during our interactions she thanked me for my hospitality, so this review genuinely caught me off guard. The home was previously a primary residence and has since been converted into a short-term rental, which is common for many vacation homes. Guests have complete privacy and full access to the property during their stay. I care deeply about creating a welcoming experience and always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if there is anything I can do to make it better.

Bob was a fantastic host and made check-in very easy. He communicated well throughout our stay and left helpful information about the property, amenities, and local restaurant recommendations when we arrived.His property is very relaxing & had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were cozy, and the home was stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchen items, board games, and thoughtful extras. We especially loved the kayaks, paddle board, life jackets, deer feed, pizza oven, outdoor grill, cotton candy machine, and coffee maker setup.The sun room had amazing sunrise views, and the sunsets by the water were beautiful. Having direct river access made the stay even better. The location was also great—close to HEB, Walmart, & only a 3 min drive to some excellent coffee shops.As a military family that has stayed in many VRBOs over the years, we can honestly say if there were a Host of the Year award, Bob would win it. One of our favorite stays and we would absolutely recommend his property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway..
