Good Harbor Beach is just a 2-minute walk from the home, offering beautiful sand, surf, and one of Gloucester’s most iconic beach settings. At low tide, guests can walk the sandbar out toward Salt Island, a local landmark just offshore.



The home is also a short drive from Stage Fort Park, which offers two beaches, a playground, picnic areas, walking paths, and a dog park. Rocky Neck Art Colony is nearby for galleries, local artists, waterfront cafés, and classic Gloucester charm.



Downtown Gloucester is also close by, with restaurants, shops, harbor views, museums, and a mix of cultural, historical, and culinary experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and the surrounding beaches. The home includes driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.



Good Harbor Beach is an easy 2-minute walk from the home. Stage Fort Park, Rocky Neck, the Back Shore, Downtown Gloucester, Niles Beach, Eastern Point, and Rockport are all accessible by short drive.



Rideshare availability may vary seasonally, so having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

The entrance to the home is accessed via the deck, which requires using a full set of stairs. Guests should review the listing photos and consider this if stairs or mobility are a concern.



Guests do not have access to the basement, garage, or two locked closets.



Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like either item so we can confirm availability and have it ready for your stay.
