Easy Breeze is a private pool home in Seagrove Beach located south of Scenic Highway 30A in the quiet Eastern Lake neighborhood. This 3 bedroom beach house features a private saltwater pool, bikes, outdoor firepit, and easy access to Walton Dunes and Eastern Lake beach accesses just 1/3 mile away. Optional pool heating is available for $285 per 7-night stay and must be requested after booking.

The home is just 1/3 mile from the beach with two nearby access points at Walton Dunes and Eastern Lake, both featuring flat beach walkouts with no stairs. Spend your days at the beach and return home to relax by the pool, grill on the patio, or gather around the firepit in the evening.

THE SPACE

Easy Breeze is a spacious two-story home that comfortably sleeps 7 guests in beds with space for an 8th guest on the sofa. The layout offers great separation for families and groups.

PET POLICY

Well-behaved dogs may be considered with prior approval. A pet fee will apply and will be added to the reservation during booking. Please message with details about your pet for approval before bringing a dog.

This is the perfect house for a February stay. We enjoyed the heated pool during the day and sitting by a warm campfire at night. Plus the location was close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Communication was timely and professional. Great choice!

Everything was perfect about this house for our family of 4. There was more space than we needed. The listing mentions biking to the beach but it was also a very easy walk with the beach cart that is provided. Public beach access is clearly marked on provided literature and via Google Maps. The pool heater did a great job of keeping up with the unseasonably chilly weather in March. There are a few dining options within walking distance. Our favorite was take-out crab and shrimp by the pound from Buddy's just up the street. They steam it fresh for you to take home. Old Florida Fish House also has good food and live music.The host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. I would recommend this house to all.

Perfect house for 30A girls trip

Our stay here was wonderful! Very well appointed and clean. Private pool was amazing. Check in and communication was easy. Great location to the beach - bikes made it a short 5 minute, easy trip. Beach chairs, etc. were a great addition. Comfy beds. A/C works great! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach House

The house was wonderful. I would definitely go back. Close to the beach and a private pool. We had a wonderful time and everything was impeccably clean. I loved the gas stove as a cook, it was very nice. My mom and I had an excellent time and the fact that it was pet friendly made it perfect for us. Thanks for hosting us!

Good location. Good bedrooms and well stocked kitchen were the positives. Unfortunately the lack of seating in living room, worn & stained sofa, very dim lighting throughout made it challenging for our family. I could barely see to cook, read in any of the rooms. I would suggest adding additional comfortable seating (the bench was not comfortable to watch a movie). Also there were very few overhead lights and the bulbs were amber colored and dim. We paid extra money for 4 days use of the pool heater but heated water only came on 2 days. Also the pool cleaning tool was so small that the pine needles would not go into the net to clean the surface of the pool.

Great Place...

Great place to stay for our visit! Location to coffee shops and restaurants really made our stay easy. Pool was great for our two little ones that traveled with us for when it was too hot to be on the beach. Overall if fit every need we had for our vacation.

The Easy Breeze is a quiet place in the middle of beach beauty. We have enough privacy to enjoy time with my family, but close enough to the ocean to enjoy the white sands and lapping wave. Our private pool is my favorite, where kids can splash and play and the family can lounge and catch up. Our place is a perfect getaway.
