*****Imagine, you are all down at our private beach and your 12-year-old son is hungry or your 15-year-old daughter wants to run up to the house to use the bathroom instead of those by our 2 beach side pools. Well, at ours they can safely run up to the house in 2 minutes, never cross busy 30A, grab a snack and be back down with the family in minutes! Our extensive 9-month whole house renovation is complete, and our home is immaculate! From August we go to a 4-night minimum until mid-October and 3-night minimum from then on through the winter months to encourage long weekend stays. Brown Eyed Girl boasts an open and inviting living space featuring southern wide shutters, board-and-batten walls throughout, a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, custom furnishings, and a state-of-the-art 65” TCL Roku 4K Smart TV. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with Bosch appliances, a double oven, a gas range, and a central island with a built-in sink and microwave drawer. The adjacent dining area includes a spacious dining table and a large island with additional seating—perfect for entertaining or casual family meals. We have also added a 120-pound daily ice machine so you can top off your beach cooler and we provide a large Gorilla beach wagon to boot!
The home’s three bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind. The secluded master suite spans the entire second floor, featuring a king-size pillow-top Sealy mattress, a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a private rooftop deck with seating for five—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. The other two bedrooms on the main floor include plush queen Sealy beds, one with a set of bunk beds and a trundle to accommodate up to five guests. All rooms feature wall-mounted Smart TVs and USB charging outlets for convenience. The bunk bedroom has a secret nook hideout your children will love to explore too.
Outdoors, enjoy the front porch with ceiling fan, a private fenced dog run, and an outdoor shower with privacy fencing, plus a paver side patio for grilling. You can rent a three-wheel tricycle for elderly guests and have it delivered and Yolo & Big Fish will deliver regular bikes right to the house at 10% discounted rates. One night I was playing Brown Eyed Girl on the guitar down at the beach and the next day we found our dream beach house for sale and just knew she was the one so that is what we named her! I told my son, "you can't skim-board on a stock certificate", and we have enjoyed our beach home investment ever since!
We have traveled to over 45 countries world-wide, but our favorite place in the world is Seagrove Beach, FL and our Brown Eyed Girl where we have created so many memories. We have had so many happy families stay with us over the years and create their best memories too.

We are very close to our private community beach on the gulf side of 30A in Seagrove Beach, FL; and directly across 30A from Greenway Station shops & restaurants. We are also a five minute stroll from Eastern Lake, one of several dune lakes next to the sea and unique to our planet; only three locations like it in the world. The park service protects so much of the gulf front and sprinkled between the parks are the most beautiful little beach homes and cottages I have ever seen. So many great little restaurants and fun activities for the family to enjoy.
