Location, location, location! Steps away from downtown Charlevoix!

I am a 30-year resident of Charlevoix and enjoy sharing our beautiful town with visitors.
Visitors have enjoyed the many amenities in the house as well as the location.
Downtown is steps away. Walk to buy groceries and enjoy the restaurants shops.
Charlevoix’s stunning marina is a two minute walk. Enjoy looking at the boats and enjoying the music and festivals held in the park.
You can’t visit Charlevoix without enjoying the beaches and they are all a short distance away.
If you are new to Charlevoix you may want to start with a tour. The Mushroom House tour departs from downtown and is a delightful way to learn about Earl Young’s fanciful mushroom houses.
The Caste farms tour is just down the road and will give you all of the long history of Charlevoix’s historic Castle Farms.
Don’t forget to book a visit or tour of the local wineries during your visit.
If your calendar allows, day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Beaver Island are also great adventures. The Beaver Island ferry departs from downtown and transports you to a whole new landscape.
